I deposited €75, claimed your “200% up to €500” bonus, completed the full 35× wagering, and my balance reached €1,000. When I withdrew, you capped it at €375 citing a hidden “5× deposit” rule.

The problem is not math — it’s transparency. This maximum withdrawal limit was not clearly shown on the promotional page when I accepted the bonus. It is buried in your general terms, and your rules even contradict themselves (Clause 13 caps free spins at €200, Clause 17 caps at 5× deposit, now you mention 5× bonus amount). These overlapping caps confuse players and make the promotion misleading.

Your advertising says “200% bonus up to €500” but in reality, from a €75 deposit the most you’ll ever allow is €375. That is not fair play, and it misleads players into believing much higher winnings are possible.

Also, the fact that you replied here shows you are watching where I post my complaints. That means you are fully aware this case is now public across multiple platforms and damaging your reputation.

I have already escalated this case to multiple watchdog sites and the Curaçao Gaming Control Board. Until it is resolved, my complaints will remain public so other players can see exactly how these terms work in practice.

Scamming Platform

If there is a minus rating i would have chosen it. As the other players already wrote after requesting withdrawal they disable your acct. all of a sudden and steal your deposit plus your winnings, giving the same rediculous execuses of "Arbitrage" and " sure bets ".
