Pete was super helpful in showing me my now new car! Very friendly and honest, I didn’t feel pressured to purchasing the extras but he explained everything simply so it made decision making easy!

Great service from Pete. Very helpful and understanding, even picked me up from the train station! Not pushy at all, and although it's early days yet, so far I'm very happy with the car. Other guys in the showroom very nice too..sorted me out an espresso as I was knackered from being up at 4.30am to get train!

We were looking for a new car and saw one we were interested in. Mr Jay Singh came over and spoke to us, asked us what we were interested in and showed us around a potential car. His professionalism and knowledge was great and I didn't feel pressured and felt I could ask the questions I needed. We ended up getting a car from elsewhere but appreciate the time and kindness.

Changed my Suzuki for a different Swift model at Richmond Suzuki Fareham at the end of January - the teamwork from Sam Oxenford and Wil made the experience feel very worthwhile, and nothing was too much trouble for them. There were some problems with documentation or paperwork, easily overcome (eventually) and helped by their positive approach problems. Good customer experience.

Me and my wife were served by Mr. Mou who was very professional and with great welcoming attitude after he came out side of the show room just about when we were leaving the site. We end up by buying the car after that. That’s what we call a super sales man.
