Purchased a car on Sunday from these guys. It is my second puchase from this company, I bought my 1st car here so I knew they have a great reputation. The car is fantastic...but...the service was impeccable. My husband and I took the train down from Harrow and due to delays/cancellations we were unsure of what time we'd arrive. The company arranged for us to be collected from the nearest station which saved us a taxi fare👍 at the dealership we had the absolute pleasure of being assisted by Sarah McCarthy, she made our day in every way, her service was second to none. She was professional, knowledgable, hilarious and honest. Sarah is a real ambassador for this company. At the end of the sale we hoped the car came with Sarah😁❤❤❤

Despite a few miscommunications and hiccups with the finance company, I really cant fault the service at Richmond. I was originally slightly disappointed as the pick up date for my vehicle had to be rescheduled a few times however Sarah went above and beyond to ensure I was compensated for this and I left the dealership more than satisfied with the service I received- Thanks Sarah!
