I had a great experience buying our VW T-Roc from Richmond Motor Group Havant. The service was very relaxed and friendly and they were able to help me get a really good idea of what I was buying as I purchased online and got the car delivered. They even filmed a video for me and went over the car in great detail and the car arrived in excellent condition. I dealt with Joe who was knowledgable, friendly and polite throughout the purchase and we are very happy with our new car. Thanks Joe!

Well, it’s early days, but the service has been very very good.

Went to have a browse and ended up buying a car .. very good part exchange price, no hard selling which was nice .
Our sales person was Jade who was a star.. very helpful friendly relaxed and made us lovely coffee and pano chocolate :)
Highly recommend taking a trip and chatting with Jade and would go back to see her again in the future

If you just want to buy a car for cash it seems a long-winded process, but I do understand it has to be done & why.

WOW!!...we stumbled upon hampshire cars sales by accident as we were driving past, we decided to pull over and take a look around. As we came near the entrance we were pleasantly greeted by a lovely lady named Sarah. We we're looking for our sons first ever car & Sarah ran through all the options available, explaining everything we needed to know with ease. After a lovely chat and reassuring we were 100% confident on getting our sons first car from hampshire car sales. The whole procedure from viewing to bringing our sons car home was swiftly dealt with within a couple of days & we were informed every step along the way. 10/10 to Sarah and the team, we would 100% reccomend this company to anybody wishing to purchase a car.
