Best customer service I think I have ever received, Joshua the sales advisor made me feel comfortable from the minute I walked in, I was very anxious at going to view cars to suit my needs. Joshua was patient, understanding & helped me look at vehicles. Arranged a test drive & gave me as much time as I needed, communicating until my car arrived. I would highly recommend Bognor Richmond MG all of the staff are friendly, give you space to look around with no sale pressure, Joshua made me feel comfortable & listened to.

We had a wonderful experience picking a new car and being informed about every aspect of buying our car after a horrendous week, Aidan was very helpful and couldn't do enough to have the car ready at short notice, thank you Richmond Motor group

We were welcomed on our visit by Aiden Miles. He took us to see the MG range of cars. He seemed very knowledgeable.
He arranged a test drive for us. We drove the car and liked it. Upon return to the dealership we decided to go ahead with buying the car.
Aiden was very good,he gave us a good deal along with Chris his manager overseeing it all.
We sold our own car privately and got a better deal than MG could offer, this wasnt a problem.
Upon collection everything was in place for us, just a couple of things to sign etc.. unfortunately the Internet was playing up, so it took quite some time to sort out. In the end Aiden printed out the paperwork and we quickly had our new car sorted.
Thank you to Aiden, it was a pleasure doing business with you. 10/10

Multiple faults with the car and some not covered by warranty, for a new car simply not worth the money. Still waiting for part to arrive which I guess they have just given up on. Had service, invoiced for work not carried out. Phoned twice, no call back. Thank god car is leased, giving back early as time wasted at garage just not worth it. I noted have multiple displays saying angry customers will not be tolerated, begs the question why are so many customers angry.

I had a great experience everything went smoothly. If anyone is thinking of buying a Škoda I would recommend speaking to Josh at Bognor Regis he is very knowledgeable and a very friendly person. I am very pleased with my purchase

I felt a little pressured, but this is what I often find as I’m on my own.
Sales rep kept disappearing to speak with his manager, only met the manager on my way out.
