Hyundai IONIQ 5 Interim Service at Richmond Guildford. A flawless experience from booking to collection. Excellent communication at every stage and a prompt video showing the car's condition. Elizabeth was our service advisor and rang to provide an update on the status and an in-depth explanation of a particular issue. Car nicely cleaned and out in just half a day!

My car had its MOT at Richmond Motors Guildford location today.

The service from Paul was outstanding.
Jethan kindly helped me understand more about the tech in the car which is unbelievably useful.
The drive from London was easy along the A3.
Parking is a bit restricted and waiting area/coffee facility was limited (while you wait) But the site is under reconstruction and will be more client friendly, I’m told, when finished.
I’d definitely recommend this dealership if you have a Genesis.

Adam was not a pressure salesman. He showed professionalism during the whole process, and was open and honest.
I was given a good deal, which i couldn't turn down.
Abi remembered us from my previous purchase and was understanding in terms of the reason for changing my car after just a year.

What a smooth process from start to finish. Jethin George was extremely helpful and was able to answer all my husbands technical questions and enable a test drive while we were there as we had driven a long distance to look at Genesis.
