I purchased a tarot spinner pendant from Rich Beliefy which didn't arrive although I received a delivery notification that it had been sent to a man in a town 3hrs away. When I contacted the company to advise & have them chase it up I was told I needed to contact Australia Post myself.. I emailed back advising that it was their error & I would not be chasing it up. Their reply was a delivery notice with my details on it & saying it was delivered but I have not received the package. Rich Beliefy are not interested in chasing it up or sending me another pendant. I assume by this lack of interest, poor customer service & no follow up to find out where the parcel is that they are a scam company & I'd strongly avoid purchasing from them.

Received this cute chew toy and harness set for my fur baby. Decent quality, but harness could be more adjustable.

Received a cat accessory set that was reasonably priced but took two weeks to arrive, which felt a bit lengthy. The quality is acceptable, pleasing my cat. Perhaps faster shipping options or tracking updates could improve the overall experience. Would recommend slight enhancements.

I purchased 2 lounge outfits that I saw through a company on Facebook called Carefullyhouse. I read the reviews and one woman even posted a pic. First off the site is in Canadian dollars but when you check out they charge your credit card in US dollars through a company called Richbeliefy. I was charged $154. CAD. It took 2.5 months for the product to arrive. When it finally came it is absolute garbage. Obviously from China and not anything like the pictures they posted. The product is horrible. I contacted the company and they refuse to give me a return address saying it’ll be too expensive for me to return it. They offered me $10 or $13 US as a refund. They will not allow me to return it and refuse to give me my money back. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM EITHER ONE OF THESE COMPANIES…IT’S A SCAM!!!!

A zero if I could. Don’t order anything off fb sites. I’ve been scammed for the last time. Not even a website on Richbeliefy …guess I should’ve seen the word lie in the title

Do not buy from this company they sent me a defective product and are refusing to stand by it - even thru PayPal they are trying to SCAM me & keep all my money instead of standing by their FAULTY product

I wished I would've read the reviews before I purchased the dress. The problem I am having is when they increase the dress size they do not increase the bust area. So the bust area does not fit properly. Also the fabric is so thin you can literally see completely through it. I have a small birthmark on my stomach and you can see it right through the dress material. Do not waste your money. They do not refund and like all the other similar companies make every excuse in the world for why you cannot return it, Exchange it or get a refund

This is the same reply that you give to everyone and I have had plenty of communication with your customer service department and their reply has been the same as all these cheap websites, there's nothing they can do but offer a couple of dollars refund. But I noticed there are lots of people that have given a bad review in the answer is always the same and I see nothing being resolved

Overall satisfied. Great value, but a long three-week wait for delivery. Packaging was decent, but improving sturdiness could ensure better product protection. Quality met expectations, and my cat seemed to enjoy it.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE….i ordered 2 bohemian dresses from here. I had bought one from another site last year and loved it. The advertised dress was the same so I thought I’d get some in other colours. The dresses arrived and they are nothing like my other dress. They were very poorly and cheaply made and have no stretch in the fabric whatsoever. They look terrible. Richbeliefy have clearly stolen the original advert and made similar looking ripoffs. Disgusted. Don’t waste your money

UPDATE 22/9 they said that the dresses are correct and that is that so I will be going to PayPal for a refund..AGAIN do not buy from this cheap knockoff website. You will regret it

Terrible experience – avoid at all costs! I purchased a dress advertised on Instagram, thinking it was coming from the US based on the tracking updates from Bismarck and Boise. However, the package arrived from China, not the US. The tracking information was misleading, and the quality of the dress was appalling. It was ill-fitting, cheaply made, and definitely not worth the money. It went straight into the charity bag. To make matters worse, when I complained, they offered me a ridiculous $2 refund, citing ‘expensive shipping costs.’ What a joke! Don’t waste your time or money on this scam

Dress advertised on Instagram. Purchased and received tracking updates from Bismarck US, Boise US. Parcel arrived, shipped from China not the US. Tracking info a scam. Dress poor quality and fit. Not worth the money, Straight into charity bag.

Horrible quality. Dress is ill fitting. They offered a $2 dollar refund. Stated shipping was expensive. What a joke.

Fabric and fit of Bohemian Dress is very poor quality. They also charge in US$ so you are paying a high price for low quality product.

Update- replied to their response and have not heard back.

If I could give negative stars I would. I ordered a dress and I didn’t like the way it fit. The policy was to reach out for a return address so I did. The response was to offer me a discount. I said no thank you. They informed me return shipping would be expensive and offered a $5 discount. I again said no, the dress does not fit and asked how much return shipping was. Several emails back and forth and still no return address or shipping cost and now they have stopped responding.

I ordered a IPhone 14 Plus Privacy case, but they sent me an IPhone 12 plastic Dollar tree case. I knew something wasn’t right when O didn’t receive an email for my order. I just want my 19.95 back

Okay if I had been paying attention I hope to think that the name was a give away to the scam…..

Under no circumstances purchase anything from this company……. They are a scam.

I ordered 4 dresses from them, total purchase price $101. I contacted the company 3 days after delivery to complain and ask for return and refund.

First they wanted pictures of the product, secondly they offered my $3 in return. The third email I got offered me $5 for the return and today I got an email that offered my $15 dollars an I can keep these dresses made of the thinnist sheer polyester I wouldn’t even want to wear if they fit.

Warning don’t waste your money.

The packaging was excellent. Even after 2 weeks in transit, everything arrived in perfect condition. The box was sturdy, well-sealed, and the items were securely wrapped inside. Very neat and careful packaging.

La robe que j'ai commandée n'est pas du tout le même modèle que ce que j'ai reçu. Oui la couleur et le motif sont identiques mais la coupe pas du tout!
De plus la matière est horrible, c'est presque du plastique!!
Le service à la clientèle est exécrable, il ne répondent pas aux questions et tourne sans cesse autour du pot!
Je leur demande l'adresse pour renvoyer ma robe, ils me proposent une compensation de 6 dollars et que je puisse la garder. Cela fait plus de 3 semaines que je discute avec eux pour essayer de trouver une solution sans succès!
Faites attention lorsque vous commandez !!
