Honestly one of the best services ever. Delivery was impeccable and very quick, a small delay due to non weekend shopping but totally not a issue. Furthermore, the extremely cheap prices are very attracting and not only this Simon, who assisted me, was amazing and sent a One4All Gift Card along side the already cheap item. Great customer service
I have just purchased my first yamaha keyboard for my daughter of 6y who is taking piano lesson from Focus Music group. And mr Simon from rhythmic cadence has helped me a lot with the purchas in every step. I am very satisfied with my experience.

I highly recommend Rhythmic Cadence
I highly recommend Rhythmic Cadence. Before choosing them, I contacted multiple instrument shops, and I found none that even came close—either in price or in their willingness to ship internationally.
Mr Simon Jones at Rhythmic Cadence helped me secure a discount on the Backbeat drum kit and went far beyond what most music shops would ever offer. Mr Jones arranged transport and shipping all the way to Lebanon, something no other store was willing to do.
Throughout the entire process, he stayed in constant contact, carefully followed up with shipping instructions, and handled everything with total professionalism. The kit even arrived before Christmas, which was amazing considering the distance and logistics involved.
Their level of customer care, reliability, and attention to detail is outstanding. I genuinely don’t think any other shop can match the professionalism and dedication shown by Rhythmic Cadence. Highly recommended.

Simon was absolutely fantastic with his communication from start to finish. Even with a small courier hiccup (entirely down to me changing the delivery address), he went above and beyond to contact the delivery company and keep me fully informed throughout.
Truly outstanding customer service like this is rare these days, but the team at Rhythmic-Cadence are something special. The quality of the piano is superb, and it made for one very happy wife on Christmas Day!
