So disappointed in Rhythm108 customer service. Whilst the products are usually good when there is an issue and customer services don't respond promptly it says a lot about the company. I purchased a creamy coconut bar which I do often but there was clearly something wrong with it as it had a taste I can only describe as 'cheesy'. I kept the 3/4 of the bar I couldn't eat in case they wanted it for testing but they haven't even responded to me.

To start off- the chocolate is great! The pink almond tablets are my favourite, followed by the pink almond bars and I highly recommend them especially if you miss milk chocolate!

I have ordered from this company several times and up until recently delivery has been fine. Before Christmas I ordered some of the new limited edition truffles (nice!) and a 6pk of the almond tablets, got the email confirmation that just says like the checkout that I have free shipping that I qualified for. I got a weird email 4 working days layer from EVRI that says 'we have your Huboo Tech Limited Parcel'- bizarre! I haven't ordered anything with evri as a courier -Rhythm's only courier listed on their site(at the time and currently over a month later) is Royal Mail?? I found out the next day with email from Rhythm that yes, they have entrusted my package with Evri 😱 so begins the saga over 6 days of several 'attempted' deliveries. By the time I got it ( or should say found it left dumped on my doorstep) the outer box was pretty battered- luckily the truffles were not a present for anyone - the tablets were thankfully safe inside an inner box.

Please update your delivery information to reglect your new courier or at least give customers the option to choose - I admit I'm not sure I would have ordered if I'd have known you'd be using them....

These guys are amazing, I had an issue in store with a product and the customer service team were so helpful! The products themselves are amazing, the chocolate bars are the best chocolate I have ever had, and the spreads are just incredible! What a fantastic company, would recommend to anyone
