The store also showcases themed events and has a coffee/tea bar area serving bean to cup drinks, soft drinks and pre-packaged cakes, biscuits and confections. Wonderful service
Wonderful service, and fast postage. I accidentally placed two identical orders and was reached out to to confirm and amend which was fantastic customer service, will order anything jurassic or dinosaur related from here from now on!

Great service! A last minute purchase after being let down by a different firm but came across Rexy’s Reviews and managed to get the toy my son wanted for his birthday.

We are deeply saddened to read your review and we are very sorry that you did not receive our usual 5 star service due to Royal Mail which is completely beyond our control. We did everything we could throughout and maintained regular contact and as soon as it was apparent that there was a problem you were fully refunded, well ahead of the stated time frame and compensated for the inconvenience. As a new, small business we rely heavily on our high level of customer service being something that can set us apart from larger multinational companies and we are sorry you chose to take this route rather than respond to our multiple emails.
