I bought these hearing aids at Costco about 2 years ago. They have never worked right. The sound is low. If I'm outside I cannot hear through them, especially when talking to someone or listening to music. Adjusting the volume makes little difference. They also do not block out background sounds when I'm listening to someone speak in a noisy place like a restaurant. Adjusting the direction doesn't help much. The worst thing about them is that the Bluetooth keeps cutting out of one or the other. I called Rexton support recently. The guy I spoke with admitted that their Bluetooth is weak. He referred me back to Costco, but they had previously referred me to tech support at Rexton! I expect the Bluetooth in my Rexton hearing aids to connect with my smartphone so I can hear phone calls, music, etc. I would never have bought these had I known how bad the Bluetooth is.

Også skift mellem programmer via app., svigter, når BT ikke virker korrekt. Er det app., der ikke virker eller er det apparaternes BT der svigter? Kan Rexton/Signia mon svare på det? Havde tidligere iPhone uden at opleve disse problemer
Rexton BiCore 312: Brug af de mest alm. Apps på iPhone, får apparaterne til at slukke/skrue ned. Strømforbruget ved brug af apparaterne er 10% højere end andre tilsvarende apparater. Strømforbruget på iPhone stiger med 40-50% når den "funktionelle" app er aktiv. Der svares ikke på email og telefonerne er altid midlertid lukkede. Når lyden er på er den faktisk god.
I purchased Rexton hearing instruments from Costco , Peoria, Arizona USA in 2015. I am in UK since 2019. I feel the hearing aid(battery operated) is not giving me optimal and desired result. Costco branch in UK undertook hearing test and informed me that here are loss in my hearing and recommended new hearing. Can my old hearing aid re-calibrated ? Please let me know as soon as possible for the next course of action.

Utrolig dårlige. Ustabil tilslutning til app´en. Øretilpasning er håbløs. Lang ventetid på nye enheder til ørerne. Stor forskel på balancen mellem højre og venstre. Nogle gange virker de på højre øre og andre gang på venstre øre.
Kan kun fraråde disse høreapparater.

Rexton Les 2 premières années à peu près correctes mais depuis cet été je les ai retournées plusieurs fois au fabriquant,a peu près tous les mois ,une fois la droite,une fois la gauche Peut être Rexton va me dire que j ai une mauvaise hygiène de l oreille mais cet été voulant éviter les pannes,j en ai acheté une 3e,mise en fonction il y a peu de temps Elle aussi fonctionne très mal,il faut que je change les piles tous les jours Donc la j en conclue que cela ne vient pas de moi Bilan sur 3 il y en a une qui fonctionne un peu Un conseil:Evitez Rexton
