This company has the worst customer service I have ever come across. I made a mistake when when placing an order by selecting the wrong address on Gpay. Normally this would be an easy fix by immediately contacting the seller to change it, or if they are unable to change it, as it does say on their website, they still legally have to give the option to cancel the order before it is shipped. Not Revivo though, they obviously do not like following consumer law and do not give you any chance to cancel. They have an email you can contact them on but good luck getting a response and don't even bother trying to find a phone number. So my order details were sent to DPD regardless as I had also paid for express delivery. They didn't email me to tell me though.... no I only knew after creating an account with DPD to find all the details already on there and even though I paid 7.99 for express delivery DPD were not even expecting to receive the item until a couple days later to then arrive to me 3 days after that so a 5 day delivery in total which is the estimated time for the standard 4.99 royal mail delivery. So what is the point in paying the extra! I was able to change the address with DPD but for some very strange reason Revivo tells DPD not to let the delivery driver leave the package at a nearby pick up location if no one is home. So if you are not home your expensive shoes have to be left in a safe place or if like me you live in a terrace house and have no safe place it gets left with a neighbour that you may not know or ever spoken to before. If I manage to get my shoes from a hopefully honest neighbour I will update this review to say if I actually got what I ordered because at this point I just don't trust them. For all the time I have wasted today trying to contact them about this issue, the reduction in price instead of just buying brand new is just not worth it. If you are thinking of buying from Revivo just remember there is a risk involved and there is zero customer service. Just find a good discount code online to buy new straight from Vivobarefoot or use a different email as a new customer and get a reasonable percentage off and save yourself all the hassle.
I bought a shoe repair from the Revivo website and really wish I hadn't. The email that is supposed to arrive with a shipping label and instructions never materialised and there is no way to get in touch with them - the chatbots don't work, there is no telephone number and nobody ever responds to an email.
At the moment I have realised that I have paid £80 for something that I will never get which I believe is fraudulent trading so I am considering reporting them to the police.
Stay away from these crooks! They just sold me a pair of shoes that were destroyed, passing them as in excellent conditions and this is the very first red flag. Then the situation got even worse when I sent them back to get a refund. Shipped them on 20 August and by today I didn’t even got a reply by them nor the refund they promised. This is totally unacceptable. Probably they based their business upon the laziness of people who don’t want to go through the hassle of sending items back and waiting for the refund and when it doesn’t show up filing complaints with your bank for a chargeback. Well for me it was not and now I’m even flooding the internet with my bad experience with REVIVO. Basically a criminal association.
A frustrating chain of failures from this company:
In-Store Visit: Went to their London shop for a repair, was told it's online-only.
Online Order: Paid £80 for the "Resole + Refresh" service.
System Flaw: The order number is too long to input on the Royal Mail tracking site.
Useless Support: Contacted customer service, but they were unable to help or provide a solution.
I am now stuck with no way to ship my item and zero confidence that my boots won't be lost due to their terrible customer service. I would not recommend this service to anyone.
The wrong size was sent in the post and I have been trying to contact Revivo for over a week to return but have not received any helpful response.
I ordered a size 41, size 44 was delivered.
I accessed their returns portal online, but the returns portal did not accept my order number. I reached out via all of the customers service channels listed on their website:
Email- had an initial response the same day saying they would come back to me, but a week later there was still no follow up
Whatsapp- received a message telling me this was now no longer being used
Chatbot- could not answer my query about
my order number and kept giving me
generic articles from the website to read
Webform - have filled this out 2x. I receive a summary of my webform via email but no follow up.
Customer service number- they used to have a phone number that you can ring but it was removed from website
I sent my used Vivo walking boots to Revivo for a refurbed and resolution of a leak on one of them stemming from a join in the upper that had come unstuck. I put a note into the boot to draw their attention to it. £80 later, new soles/insoles/laces but no repair of the leak. No means of contact other than using the Contact Form on the website. 2/8/2025 I sent a full description together with pictures of the problem. Eventually three weeks later I was asked How Did We Do? - joke. After 28+ days I was advised that I could return them within 28 days via a postage label I could download. Another joke as the 28 days had by then expired. I will not be buying any more Vivo products and I am going to glue the repair myself. It cannot be that difficult. Charlatans come to mind and I wonder where their repair centre is located. Perhaps the note could not be understood?
Well this was an absolute disaster. I spent multiple times trying to get the order for a re-sole approved by Revivo. Only to get the orders cancelled, apparently because my identity couldn’t be verified. To clarify: I am in Germany, a country where this service is on offer.
I spent time talking to chatbots, asking to communicate with a real human, been sent emails saying I was in good hands but the follow ups went nowhere. I was beginning to wonder if they even wanted my business. I then looked for reviews and see there! Dozens and dozens of bad reviews and even worse experiences. In retrospect I’m glad I never got as far as sending the shoes off. I love these VEVO boots. I have hiked through rough and wonderful country for thousands of kilometres and they are by far there most comfortable boots I ever possessed. I would have loved to have had them re-soled. Now I have to buy a new pair and the old ones will eventually end up in land-fill. What a shame.

Bisher ist dieses shipping label nicht angekommen, der Austausch mit dem Support dazu lässt vermuten, dass der Support eine AI ist die das Thema nicht kennt.

It's a green washing con, don't waste any of your money. The shoe came back in worse condition than was sent.

For the record, in total I placed 3 Revivo orders over the past 6 months.
Order #1 I got stiff cotton laces that were way too short in sneakers type shoes that should've had elastic laces. They don't sell replacement laces and couldn't send out a replacement. My only option was to send the entire shoes back, which I didn't want to and I'm glad I didn't - more on that later.
Order #2 was surprisingly fine. New hope arises in me, maybe Order #1 was a fluke.
Cue, Order #3 - ballet flats. This time, they sent me 1 size 38 and 1 size 39 shoe! Customer service took a WEEK to get back to my initial inquiry. They cover return shipping and can't do replacements. Ok, cool, I ordered a pair from the mainsite as I was short on time. When the refund arrived, they only refunded the product cost, not the initial shipping! Even though it was THEIR fault in the first place that they sent me the wrong sizes?! Like, why am I supposed to pay 2x shipping because you mess up? Now I'm waiting again - let's see if they reply before my Klarna invoice time runs out. I doubt it. Beyond pissed. STAY AWAY.
It amazes me that this company charges so much for the shoes, invests in advertising, BUT does not invest in better customer service and cheaper delivery fees.
The sizing of my new pair was different compared to other shoes I own and had to be sent back. The return code was sent but it didn't work. Back and forth with the customer service. I was charged twice for the delivery and had to contact the customer service again.
Overall, it's one of the most backward systems, especially for a large company like this.
Ich habe das Gerät gekauft und dachte erst das es gut ist. Mag auch sein. Allerdings habe ich eine kleine Verletzung am Fuß. Als ich das Gerät benutzen wollte habe ich starke Strohm Schläge bekommen. Das kommt duch die kleine Verletzung am Fuß sagte mir mein Arzt. Leider steht davon nichts in den AGBs von Revitive. Als ich das Gerät zurück geben wollte sagte man mir das ich es auf eigene Kosten machen muss da es über 60 Tage getestet wurde.
I sent a pair of shoes away to be fixed and 2 weeks after being returned they broke again. I was offered another repair but the shoes have been sent away and lost in the system. It takes weeks to get any reply from Customer Services and the latest I’ve heard is that I was refunded and that’s that. Currently my shoes are somewhere in a Revivo Warehouse two months after being sent back for the second time to be repaired. I have no shoes and am being told nothing can be done. It’s so frustrating that there is no option to phone or contact properly one person. I love Vivo shoes but this service has been a disaster. So very disappointed. I wish I’d never bothered.
Ordered 2 pairs of shoes from Revivo as they where discounted and found the price reasonable at the time of purchase. One of the aforementioned shoes are in excellent condition and had no issues with them, however the other pair which was purchased in "excellent" condition began to come apart after 3 wears on a 30 minute walk with my dog on flat surface urban area. I contacted customer service 3 times now and they responded 1 time and I am still waiting for a resolution after I have sent photos of the shoes, it's been two weeks now and still no response. After reading other people's reviews I think I'm not going to bother or waste my time with chasing this up as I wasted enough time. I do not recommend anyone to buy from Revivo and if you do take that chance, remember you do not have any customer service attached to the purchase.
The shoe size is not standard as VIVOBAREFOOT ones. Too small and charged me £9.91 for posting when its not my fault, I'd rather to keep the pair if they are standard sized.
I bought the shoes on 30thJune and received the refund on 18thJuly, I had to chase the customer service for the tracking information& the return parcel landed with them on 07thJuly, the whole buying experience is awful and dragging!!
And I have to pay £9.91 for their mistake(I bought several pairs of VIVOBAREFOOT in size 37), this is the only pair obviously smaller than other pairs in my pictures.
I like the concept of this site but the returns process will put me off ordering again. I've had two pairs from them, both in reasonable condition but the second pair were far too tight so I had to return. In theory I don't object to paying for a return when it is a smaller company but with the original postage and return, I'm being refunded £10 less than I paid upfront. I've essentially paid a tenner for the opportunity to try them on and when I'm opting for the refurbished version because I'm on a budget, that's too expensive a risk to take again. It's a real shame.
Update. Though it took a while they responded finally and offered a free return
The sandals they sent me are dirty. Obviously what they say on their website that they revive each pair is not true. This is disgusting and not hygienic. I tried to contact them, they said they will respond within one day (hopefully sooner, this is a quote) and have been silent for three days

I returned a pair of shoes to Revivo in early June, which they received and confirmed. Despite this, I did not receive my refund. After multiple emails and over a month of chasing, I was finally told that the refund had failed in their system (Global-e), and they never followed up or notified me — even though I contacted them several times.
Only after opening a PayPal dispute did I get a response, where they admitted the error but passed responsibility onto their payment partner and asked me to wait up to another 30 days. No proactive help, no proper communication, and no accountability.
This has been one of the worst online shopping experiences I’ve had. I expected more from a brand focused on sustainability and responsibility — sadly, that clearly doesn’t apply to their customer service.
Would not recommend unless you’re prepared to fight for your own refund.
As others have said, I love the idea of Revivo and for sustainability reasons only, I have purchased from them quite a lot. But the customer service is regularly slow and unresponsive. Sometimes the shoes are in very poor condition, and one pair smelled so heavily perfumed that we actually had to return them. Shipping is inexplicably expensive, and sometimes free shipping is not possible because the number of items required to exceed the £120 free delivery threshold is apparently too heavy for them to ship in one delivery anyway. Shipping is also slow, and a couple of times the item has become out of stock before they manage to dispatch it.
I was sent the wrong pair of shoes - no reply to my emails since two weeks
And if I go online to returns process I have to pay the return fees even if I didn’t get the correct pair of shoes - and the return address is a UK address - which was not clear when I bought them in France
