Highly recommend. I bought a 3 pack bundle of electrolytes. Yummy citrus flavour. Will definitely buy again. Competitive pricing compared to US imports. Seems to be doing the trick. I'm no expert on electrolytes but for my purposes they're fine. I need an electrolyte with phosphorus in it, which rules out about 95% of available electrolytes, so I was happy to find a local brand with it included. That said, it is not sufficient for my needs, and I actually put it in an unflavoured electrolyte with a much higher amount of phosphorus and use this electrolyte to mask the salty, not particularly pleasant flavour of the other electrolyte. Together, a winning combination. Don't worry, there's more than enough phosphorus for most people. It's just oddbods like me who need the extra. There is a touch of Stevia, but unlike many brands, it is nicely balanced. Just enough to take the edge off without having a really heavy, cloying sweetness that you often get with stevia products. For me, it works really well. I will definitely be buying again, and as the three pack bundle represents great value, I'll be buying a couple more of those to keep stocked up. They were also shipped really quickly. All deliveries around Australia are very slow, which is not the fault of revitalise daily. They did their bit by getting them packed and out for shipping very, very quickly. I only mention this to say, don't wait till you run out to buy your next lot, always keep ahead, because if you don't live close to the warehouse, it can be 10 to 14 days before any product arrives these days. And for keto people, I have tested my blood sugar after using these electrolytes and they have not kicked me out of ketosis or caused a blood sugar spike and I have a low carb tolerance. 20 total grams a day. They also have a few flavours so you're sure to be able to find something that you enjoy.

The food is excellent and relatively easy to prepare as long as you plan ahead. Unfortunately the website requires optimisation as it doesn't load well on a mobile phone and often refuses to display or navigate to required pages. Its not a deal breaker, but needs attention. Also, as I am in the southern hemisphere the access to logging the current days meal plans are only available in the afternoon of that day. Overall however, I have been very happy with the programme and thoroughly recommend it.

Too much stevia in your product and the taste is very synthetic. Tastes like I am drinking a kids mix drink.

Tastes great (I'm not a fan of Stevia) but this tastes fantastic. It helped me cope when I had gastro for 3 days all I drank was grape and water. I love it doesn't spike my sugars as I'm diabetic. And it's great knowing it's keto friendly as I'm following the keto diet. I'd like more flavours. I'll try the raspberry and sour apple next order. But I love the grape and lemon lime.

The overuse of stevia leaves a horrible after taste making the product virtually undrinkable. The apple flavour taste like sour apple candy. I found it disgusting. Salts will taste nice on their own to a salt deprived body why put so much effort I to masking the taste?? It makes the product unusable.

I have Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome and Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia (POTs). This means I need large amounts of electrolytes in the warmer months and when I do any exercise. The other electrolyte brands have too much sugar which is bad for my Insulin Resistance. This has been an excellent alternative, have been drinking for a few weeks now. Im impressed. It does the job and its twice as strong as other brands so its cost effective!!
