SCAM! Do not buy!!!
I ordered two jumpers. They were of the poorest quality. One said cashmere and turned out polyester. Tried to return for one week over multiple emails but no one ever replied. They should be reported as a fraudulent business.
Ordered something but it was never delivered. Avoid.
Total scam company. I have not received my item and no one responds to any messages. DO NOT buy anything from them!
I been trying to send back my order as it came to late and also the dress what I ordered are to long for me.
They won’t send me their address for me to send them back they are still in the original package they came still with their tags on . And all I have got from is they said why don’t I keep them and I keep saying I don’t want them I want to send them back and now they said they will take 15% off my refund if I send them back for dye cleaning.
Horrible customer service and return policy.
They’ll charge you $10-20 PER ITEM when you return items just because they claim that they have to fold it nicely again. Then they will tell you they blacklisted you for making returns and enforce a final sale policy.
Scam company. Ordered item 3 weeks ago and not received anything nor are the company responding to me now. Reporting to trading standards for an investigate. Contacting card provider for a refund after 30 days from purchase. Disgusting scum bags!! AVOID at all costs if their website coma back.
Scam, ordered 3rd Oct item not received. No response to emails and website has now been removed
Sent incorrect item.. took 5 days to reply to emails.. only offered a postcode as return address for returns, another 5 days has past after numerous emails sent again. So basically stuck with item of clothing that is cheaper than the item I purchased! AVOID!

Ordered a CP company hat payment was taken but did not receive the item I contacted the seller who said there had been an issue and offered an alternative from this date there has been very little communication, no refund and no hat. £60 down and seller not replying to emails. Co
