The entire process was pleasant and smooth. The only setback was the installer is not familiar with charger brand {Starcharge Artemis) and no user manual in the box. Both of us have to figure out how to operate the charger. If it wasn't because of the glitch I would give it a 5 star rating. Overall I'm still happy with service.
