They don't respond
FedEx lost my package, and they're telling me to contact the company. The only way to communicate with them is through a bot on their website, which is just giving me the runaround. The company sends me a generic email but doesn't provide any further answers; they say they'll email me back, and I've been waiting for two weeks. These aren't cheap glasses, and I'm not going to lose my money. They have to find a way to address this.
