I'd give it zero stars if that were an option. My wife had me buy a special shampoo and conditioner for gray hair. It took nearly a month to receive the products only to find when we opened the box there wasn't any shipping material in the oversized box they mailed it in and both the shampoo and conditioner from rattling around in the box that caps came loose and all the shampoo and conditioner were all over the box. I contacted customer service via email and told them about what happened and sent them pictures of the spilled products. I got a email back from Kyle who said is was the problem first was with the USPS and I contacted USPS and they said the problem was with the shipper, which I emailed Kyle back who then claimed the problem was the shipping department at Amazon so he sent me a return label to send it to Amazon. To this day I have not received a refund or another shipment of the shampoo and conditioner and Kyle is now ghosting my emails. I'm out over $70.00 and now believe this company is a fraud. Don't buy anything from this site. Not to be trusted.

cancelled order

I got an email that my order had been canceled but I don't recall cancelling it. It was at least 3 weeks after my initial order. Here is what it read:
Order #xxxxx was canceled at your request and your payment has not yet been refunded.

WTF?

They Don't Take Returns--Buyer Beware!!!

I was looking for a cooking item, found it here, and went ahead and ordered it in desperation, even though it was 4 times the usual cost plus shipping. Later that day, it was restocked at my local store, and I bought 2 so I would have a better supply. I emailed support and was told that they would not accept a return unless they sent the wrong item. That leaves me with an unnecessary surplus, and is not customer friendly or helpful. Very unimpressed. Will make sure not to do business with them again.

Ordered some shelf covers and followed…

Ordered some shelf covers and followed up with an email to confirm order and price. Quick reply- all good. Then three weeks go by with no communication. I sent an email to inquire when the items would ship and that day the order was cancelled. No explanation. 3 follow up emails and no response. The items are now on their website for 8-10 times the cost. Are these people for real? Don’t buy from here. They get your info, cancel the order and ghost you. Pathetic customer service.

They cheated

My order arrived after a 1 month delay. And when I openend it, I realized the vendor had made an unauthorized substitution. The dog treats I had ordered were replaced with a substandard item, that was old and looked spoiled, so I had to throw it away. Customers beware! Better stay away from Retrosmarket.

I placed an order with Retros Market…

I placed an order with Retros Market and received only an order confirmation email. Since then, there has been no shipping confirmation, no tracking number, and no proof that the item was ever dispatched, despite the order status suggesting it was “on the way.”

I contacted the company multiple times by email, phone, and social media, and I have received no response at all. No customer service, no explanation, nothing.

This was particularly distressing because I have a medical condition and purchased the item to help manage pain. I was also travelling for Christmas, which made delivery timing essential.

After more than a week of silence and no evidence of dispatch, I had no choice but to escalate the issue to my bankfor a chargeback due to non-delivery.

Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to be very cautious before ordering, as payment was taken with no communication or delivery.

I placed an order Nov19 and decided it was not what I really wanted. I asked a customer service (Chat) Representative to cancel my order and refund my money. No luck this Company Is a Scam!!! Do not order from this company!!!! Scammers. They tell me to call when I do, it’s a voicemail!!! Can never actually talk to anyone just fake Chats!

i ordered a cleaning tool for auto detailing over 10 days ago and they finally just cancelled my order. the price was good but apparently he wanted to make
more money so he added an extra zero to the item i got going form 59 to 520 no one will ever buy one at that price you ca. get them for 100 all day brand new so you saved me hate er amount of money but will never do business with you again after just taking your sweet time before cancelling my order. i’m running a business and could have just purchased elsewhere! keep up the terrible work!

Order not received

Placed an order August, 2025. Today is October 2 and still haven't received it despite many emails and their assurances it was on route. Stay away from this one unless you want to throw money away.

Company started out helpful after a…

Company started out helpful after a purchase of $200+ was made in error, but stopped responding in a reasonable time frame then stated they will not accept returns.
When confronted about the issue and the lack of business opportunity. Kyle said upper management would be upset if they deviated from policy.

Disappointing

lazy scammers

They claim to be a Canadian company but just drop-ship from other countries. As a result, I had to pay shipping and taxes on my order, and then taxes again, and brokerage fees when my order came across the border. I hope this company goes out of business.

Return policy misleading

Return policy misleading. I was made to feel my fault and company sent correct item. I asked for return of unused hair extension item on same day recieved.
Feel scammed and will never purchase from Retosmarkwt again.
Portion of their email response pasted below.

Good Day! Upon checking our system, the item we sent to you is correct.

We kindly request that you initiate the return of the item first at your expense since the item we sent is the item you had ordered.

If I can do zero stars I would

If I can do zero stars I would. This is a bait-and-switch company. I purchased items, and I thought, wow, what a deal! Then they emailed me 2 days later that "I" canceled the order, which I never did. Then they said they canceled because they were out of stock. So why didn't they just let me know it was delayed? Well because they weren't out of stock. Then, I was told I could reorder the product but had to pay the current price. I searched for a scam rating and found 11/100! DON'T BUY FROM THEM! I was scammed. They did refund my money, but I wanted the product.
