It started with the airport pick-up which I really appreciated after a long flight. This followed by a quick check-in (also highly appreciated!) and before I knew it, I was in my room. The room was very cozy, clean, neat, comfortable, as well as the rest of the villa. I absolutely LOVED the villa. You can feel it's history and yet feel at home. I think part of it is also because we got to meet the family that runs the villa. Such nice people!!!!
The food was absolutely DELICIOUS! They have a first-class private and so everything is freshly made.
I was very impressed with the program. You manage to see and do a lot, and yet you don't die out of exhaustion because of the way it's all organized. You actually get to truly experience Italy and it's culture which I could not manage to do in all my previous trips to Italy.
A separate shout-out to the organizers, Mihir and Tom! Very nice people, super professional, and have a great sense of humor.
All and all, best trip of my life (and I've traveled a lot). I am definitely coming back.

Retreat square is the best company to work with if you want to create an epic retreat experience for your clients or friends in Tuscany. Tom knows all the best places to visit and experience in the area and his team goes above and beyond to ensure everyone has a smooth experience tailored to what you want to offer. I go every year for a really special yoga retreat that they host, every year im blown away by the experience.

What a hidden gem RetreatSquare turned out to be! I had high expectations for my Italy retreat, but they managed to exceed them with experiences I never even knew I wanted.

The highlight for me was the truffle hunting excursion - something I'd never done before. There's something magical about following the traditional methods that locals have used for generations, walking through the Italian countryside with expert guides who really know their craft. It wasn't just about finding truffles; it was about connecting with an age-old tradition and getting to experience nature in a completely different way.

The wine tasting was another standout, but not your typical sip-and-move-on affair. Their approach to pairing wines with local dishes was eye-opening. I've done wine tastings before, but experiencing how specific wines complement and enhance different flavors in food totally changed my perspective on wine appreciation.

RetreatSquare clearly puts thought into creating experiences that go beyond the usual tourist activities. They manage to strike that perfect balance between being well-organized while still feeling authentic and uncontrived.

Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a retreat that offers something different from the standard tourist experience.

Everyday I wish I was back in Italy at this retreat—it was that special. The perfect mix of people and personalities—we all became friends and still talk! I went by myself and it was a big step for me, but LITERALLY EVERYONE was so inviting and lovely!

Oh my goodness! This experience was so well managed that I only had time for photos, food, laughs, and tears of joy. We were able to get so fully immersed in the authenticity of the culture & our experience by not having to plan the fun out of our trip. This is our new way to travel! We will be using Retreat square loads! Thank you deeply for all the planning, escorts, last minute changes we requested, additional options we added that we weren’t aware of & the overall experience of being so well guided & prepared. This whole retreat was a dream come true. I have been wanting to experience Tuscany for a long time and Retreat Square made it happen. They did not just give us a full hand picked itinerary for the week rather helped tick a lot of experiences off of my bucket list! From hot air ballooning to pasta making and truffle hunting each a mini adventure, adding day trips to Sienna, Volterra, Cinque Terre for a complete immersive experience. The yoga mornings and home cooked meals and dining with the family and hosts was what made this trip feel like home away from home. I have been on several retreats but this one tops the list and I would highly recommend it to anyone who wants a glimpse into the Tuscan life with everything taken care of…all we had to do was enjoy! 🤗💕🙏🏼 thank you for a great organization, coordination and gracious hosting 🙏🏼
