Overall experience was superb. Very quick to respond and update during the process. Product was as described and was delivered fast. I gave 4 stars because I paid for shipping and then received text from carrier that I had to pay import duty tax as well. Please advise on your site that customers may be subject to pay duties in their country so they are aware of possible additional costs.

Second time buying from this store
Second time buying from this store, superb service they ship as soon as you place the order. Arrives in about 2 weeks to NZ. Easy to pay with PayPal.
The tret cream is excellent I tried a different brand from Thailand but didn't get the same results so I've gone back to this one and will continue to use it. Works really well for acne and is absorbed fully without leaving a greasy residue.
I recommend this shop.

The online reviews giving this Reticshop rave reviews are all correct. I’ve no experience w/the wise app and had some confusion. Almost didn’t do the order due my inexperience, but decided to give it a shot due the rave reviews. Well, I thought I was getting screwed, but Reticshop is a company of integrity and made sure I was getting what I was quoted. Received my tracking number yesterday.

Well where do i start ? I live in South Wales UK. I ordered this retinol cream from indonesia . and a week later its at my door. talk about quick delivery, but anyway great price for a great product ..i highly recomend this cream and this seller..bought from before and will buy from again..
