no customer support phone#. only email. in today's world too many companies are hiding behind email and not talking to people. communicating this way is frustrating to the consumer and takes way too long to get an answer. shipping took several weeks as well. all in all not a good experience. great marketing (pictures) though. sizes seemed a little on the small size. you will have to pay for return shipping.

It was good except it took a long time to get my order.

They supposedly shipped my order on September 10, 2021, I have never received the order. I have emailed back and forth with them and they kept saying to be patient. Finally they tell me that the package was lost!!! They supposedly shipped them again and now I can not get them to respond to my emails. Dont waste your time and especially your money dealing with them. I still have not received my oder as of January 5, 2022. After this review they finally emailed me back and asked if I would like a refund…. Yes I would even though they supposedly already shipped them out to me again. It will take a few days for the refund, I emailed them again ad told them no refund yet we’ll wait for thirty days. This is the most ridiculous things I have dealt with and the clothes we’re supposed to be made here in Indiana, NOT TRUE!!!

Quality items, takes too long to receive

The clothes are well made. The patterns at the seams are matched very well. I was disappointed that the company did not tell me an item was out of stock. It caused undue stress and communication. However, they were prompt with responses and everything was settled to my satisfaction. I will purchase from Retaica again.

Both times I have ordered 4 things and have been very happy with everything. I have got burned by some other places I’ve ordered from so I was septic!

i hate the fact that is takes a month to get your order. and, everything is in Chinese. Your add said made in the US , something wrong here!! mu 2 shirts fit and i'll keep them

I ordered dresses in August, dresses never came. I contacted seller they refunded my money and I reordered my dresses. I got them this week and I love them. True to size. I’m 5’2” weigh 123 and ordered small. They look great on.

Product received in good shape and was exactly like advertised. The company was quick to reply when asked about delivery.

I am 5'8" and weigh 166 lbs. I've purchased about 10 items from Retaica and all of which have been a large -- perfect fit. What I love most about Retaica clothing is that it is so unique. I receive lots of compliments and never see another woman wearing "my" clothes. The shipping is a little longer but, it is worth the wait.

This company advertises on Facebook that they are an American company and offer full refunds.. I ordered 3 tops all the same size one simply wasn't marked properly and couldn't be worn. Requested a refund, they requested pictures, then offered me $7 refund. I have told them I would not accept that As they offered full refunds in their advertisement. As of yet I have not heard back from them

The products I ordered were everything I hoped for, and are now some of my favorite sweaters!

I ordered $370.00 of clothing from this company that advertised on Facebook. Some of the items did not fit, so I emailed them for a return authorization. They asked for pictures of the items I ordered. I sent in the pictures. Then they said they would offer me a $46.00 refund and I could keep the clothes. I said no, and that I preferred to return the clothes. They said they do not take returns because their warehouse is in Dubai. Then they offered me $70.00. I told them I would accept $115. I never heard from them again.

Love my dress. I am 6 ft and have a hard time finding the right length, it’s perfect . I will be ordering more colors !!!

Beautiful sweaters, great customer service ( one was too small so contacted them in order to order a bigger size). D’élever takes a while to get here though, I’m in Montréal Canada. Quality is nice. I have ordered multiple times.

I wish zero stars were an option. Three things I wish I’d known before ordering from Retaica: (I’ll follow with a little more detail): #1:The clothes are grossly misrepresented. #2: It is essentially impossible to return them. #3: The company is deceitful. (#1) Grossly misrepresented: The clothes are very cheap - thin, cut badly, terrible fit. They look nothing like the photos. (#2) Impossible to return - When I emailed Retaica to process my return, they asked me to send them the UPC codes, which I did. They wrote back saying it is too expensive to return the clothes - will I accept $17.00 (I paid 97.97). I pressed to return the clothes for a full refund. Spanning a period of about 2 - 3 weeks, the emails went back and forth, each time, they upped the offer …$28.00? …$34.00? …49.00? (This, they told me would be their “final offer.”), until they finally consented to give me the return shipping address, which is (so they told me) in Dubai. I learned from my UPS store that to return a package of any size/weight to Dubai, would cost a minimum of $300.00. (#3) Company is deceitful - First of all, they do not tell you up front it is essentially impossible to return the clothes. I would never purchase clothes without this option, and I suspect this is likely true of most people. I imagine this is why they are not forthcoming about this. I was told I would have 30 days to return my purchase if not satisfied. In their first email response, they asked me for the UPC codes, so they could begin processing the return. I have already reported here what happened after I supplied the requested information. Also, as I have seen (after the fact, unfortunately), from other reviewers of Retaica, this company appears to be selling these clothes under multiple company names, evidenced by the fact that the same clothes are seen advertised by a variety of companies. I close this review by saying Retaica put the $49.00 “final offer,” into my account, something which I did not expect. I will be much more cautious, going forward, purchasing anything I see advertised online.
