I never thought that paying someone to do my resume would actually pay off so after many struggles of looking for a job I decided to go with these guys. I ordered it on 5/22/23. Got it my resume and cover letter within a few days. I'm starting a new job 6/12/23. Sometimes people believe that your resume is good enough. Invest in yourself these guys are great, I got great results. I couldn't even keep up with the interview requests I thought I was going to go insane. Lol

The customer service is great. I explained exactly what I wanted and they made my resume just how I liked it. The turnaround time was quick as well. I submitted my resume to a few jobs and after a week I was receiving constant interview requests and had a new job after just one month. I was struggling to get interviews and decided to get some help. After Resume Writing Group helped with my resume I had 6 interviews within a week or so of starting to use the resume they helped me with and then I had 3 job offers all within 2 weeks of each other. The RWG was a great experience, they helped me with my resume and getting through the HR ATS program. Turn around time was quick and the first draft by my assigned writer was awesome! Highly recommend them over the competitors!!!!

As for a resume outline and organization, I would give the biggest OK only Other than that the work, the words, and everything was copied from somewhere else to my resume or used the same terms from my resume. A generic resume was written poorly and I contacted them within 2 weeks but they assured me it was a good resume and the general manager "Heather Todd" replied saying "I check the work myself" so I decided to give them a chance. Now after 3 months I asked for a refund because the resume sucks and doesn't get me any interviews. They refuse to pay me back and they are playing the terms and conditions game.
This isn't fair, I know it's less than $200 but I don't think you deserve it.

Before submitting my order, I had some questions about where my data would be going and what exactly I would paying for. I was a little shocked that I got someone on the phone right away who answered all my questions, walked me through the steps to order and explained how fast they could get my resume to me. Very happy with customer service.

I have sent my resume that Indeed previously did to this company not only did they not start from scratch but they just re-designed my standing resume. I have requested a change and did not receive that either. I was told that the resume is fine and that I think I should be changed. Well if I knew I would have written it myself. And when I have requested a refund they are asking for fax proof of every job I have applied for. Who does apply for jobs with Fax and letters??? DOES ANYONE USES FAX ANYMORE??? And I was told that I must be unemployed to receive a refund. What kind of nonsense.
This company is not guaranteeing anything and their money-back guarantee is a scam and they are as useless as any other resume writer out there. With my 25 years of experience spending more than $1000 on resumes. Still nothing.

Ryan was extremely professional and knowledgeable! He was able to come through for me within 2 hours of my order submission..... even though this was a tight time frame, he took the challenge and sent me a great end product.

My name is Vishi Srinivasan and I ordered a my res resume by starting the process on November 2019. This company is absolutely a wrip off. It clearly states on the website that we will get you hired within 45 days guaranteed or we will give your money back. I paid $149.99 thinking it was awesome wrong. I also paid $69.99 with ryan for coaching discussion with andrew no luck then. After that I started the process for writer to write a good resume to be on the top of the crowd and I even had a coaching discussion 1/2 hr with ryan every few weeks and still no luck. After I sent my resume and my cover letter with the method they provided to me I got called only for a few interviews in 3 months no luck. I was beyond frustrated and I chose another writer who started the process from ground zero and they even did the job search by sending my resume to 30 job boards I am interested in and these guys wouldn't even help me at all. You all need some training in expediting things little quicker and get me hired faster. Never ever will I recommend this place again.

Just WOW! Thank you so much for my fabulous new resume. I did make a couple minor tweaks to the file I received, only because it seemed silly to have Amy make the tiny edits when she could be spending time creating another great tool for someone else. The bottom line is this - I was finally able to review my resume on Monday evening. Tuesday morning I made the little edit and sent it to a recruiting agency. Wednesday morning the agency contacted me and told me a recruiter would be in touch within a couple days. Wednesday evening a recruiter who was on vacation in Mexico called me and raved about how professional my resume is and told me he had a company that I should speak with. On Thursday, the company emailed me and scheduled an interview. The interview was excellent and we are moving forward with the next steps in the process. The job looks to be a perfect fit for me. I have another interview with a director next week, but that is only to get me in a production facility to see the operation in person. I fully expect to receive an offer within the next week or 2 at the most. Thank you Amy - you did an awesome job!
Honestly, at first, I was very unsure about having anyone write my resume - but the couple hundred dollars invested got my foot in the door for a job that will nearly double my current salary. Totally worth every penny. Thank you again!!! Todd

The chat feature doesn't have friendly responses, but they are quick to take your money without asking if you are satisfied with the service. I paid for a resume and a cover letter and they sent me both without separating the documents. Who does that? Why would I have to copy and paste to separate when I paid for the service? In the response, there was a part left out where he said that he told me 3 times that he would get the files separate or I could just copy and paste them to another program. Do your own research.
