Total scam. Item did not arrive despite being given a Royal Mail tracking number and receiving emails daily , telling me it was on the way or that it was out for delivery. Emails asking for refund were returned undelivered and the contact us , does not work.

I wish I could give zero stars. The item has never arrived. I am now having to do a chargeback through my credit card provider. My email inbox has been filled with emails from this company every day but unsurprisingly they have now stopped. It’s a total scam!

Complete Scam as others have reported. PLEASE do not order as my product never arrived, could not get any replies via email, just bounce back! People order in good faith who are in serious pain only to be fleeced of their hard earned money. Now got to do a claim via credit card company😡

Total scam cannot contact them emails do not work ,tracking number non valid for Royal Mail , pop up keep saying being delivered tomorrow , after 5 of these smelt a rat and reported to my bank for money back.
Keep away from these low life shits

Their service is absolutely shocking!! Do not do business with this company! Their email addresses do not function and your money will be gone!

Scam. I bought the back decompression and neck decompression as I am in chronic pain. They emailed regularly to say it was on its way, then it fell silent, so I emailed the address they said to if there were any problems, it bounced back as email doesn't exist. I tried another email and nothing too. Now trying to get the money back through my bank. The tracking they sent me doesn't work either. Annoyed I fell for the scam.

This is a very convincing scam. Tracking provided. No product. Lots of emails. Supposedly in stock in Milton Keynes and yet may take 15 days????

Not real company despite slick website. The experts they quote do not exist online, (the image is of a gynaecologist who probably has no idea her image is being used), the inventor does not exist online, the workshop does not exist, the 4.7/5 star rating does not exist anywhere, the articles mentioned do not exist, the fast shipping does not exist, emails are either ignore, or bounced back, none of the links work on the website, the tracking number does not exist, there is no VAT number, the money I paid went to an account in Napoli, Italy. Just completed a chargeback from my bank - I’ve learned my lesson. Make sure you learn from me.

I ordered a device from this company on the 4th of February 2026. I have received several emails assuring me the device is being delivered. After several of these emails and 4 weeks later. I tried to contact the company to get some more information as to when I will receive the item. All avenues at communication result in no reply, bounced emails or not contactable. I tried the contact us button on the website, filled in the details and asked where is my order - no reply. I then started to check DNS information through MX-tools No surprise there Restivahealth.com does not exist.
I am now of the opinion the company is scamming the public taking payment and not delivering on product. As stated earlier the company is not not contactable by phone or other electronic means. Don't bother trying to get a refund you will not be able to contact the company.

Bought the smoothspinerelief triple fusion massager plus the neck one. Neither heat up on any setting. The noise is awful, not relaxing at all. Have emailed and tried to contact for a refund or to return or for them to sort out - nothing. Its a scam. Do not waste your money

The whole advertising is false and the item took weeks to arrive and I can’t contact anyone to activate my apprently free 90 day return guarantee
I will be contacting my bank to reverse the transaction under my consumer rights

As a chronic pain sufferer, I fell for this hook, line and sinker.
It is a scam.
Ordered on 5th February.
Still nothing.
Absolutely disgusting preying on people in pain. £90 down the drain.

I am sorry to say that I have been duped by the advertising and the product is not fit for purpose. This is obviously a scam company from China and it arrived badly packaged and the usb doesn’t fit in to the socket on the device snugly . I don’t know how to get my money back as with the other reviews there are no replies to emails. A hard lesson to learn as it’s not a cheap item . I will be in touch with my bank in an attempt to recover my money.

It certainly doesn't come across as a premium product as it doesn't come with any box or even any proper instructions on how to use it safely. It's fairly clear that it wasn't manufactured in the UK as claimed and clearly all the gumph in the ad is just that, gumph. I don't know if it will work as claimed, but I strongly suspect that it's going to turn out to be an expensive mistake and seeing how it arrived in just a cellophane bag that reeks of 'I came from China' I definitely do not hold out much hope for being able to return it although I haven't tried yet. But as another reviewer found, the links in their website do not seem to work and there is no return address on their refund page. The product didn't come with any paperwork such as delivery note or any option for return, another clear sign it's a Chinese product and the promises of an easy and stress free return are likely to be a ploy to get people to buy - you have been warned! I expect to be disappointed, but am hoping to be pleasantly surprised, either because there is some therapeutic benefit or that I can actually return in within 3 months if not.
