Purchased 4 x 2.5 litre tins of garage floor paint a few months ago but only got round to doing the floor about 2 months ago. Paint was easy to do and after leaving it about 3 days to make sure it was really dry I started to put my car into the garage every night. All seemed ok until this week when I took my car out of the garage and the paint came off with the wheels. I am now left with bare patches on the floor where the car was parked. Why it has suddenly done this( no other area of the floor has had any problems) I have no idea but I have had to purchase another 1litre tin of paint just to patch in the bare concrete again. Why doesn’t resin coat offer smaller tins (ie about 250 ml just for patching bare areas. A 1 litre tin at £34 plus £11 delivery is not cheap just to repair small patches.

The two part epoxy floor paint is excellent. The finish is great and very tough. The only slight difficulty is with the 40 min application time as on a 28 sq/m floor you are hard pressed to get it done before it starts to thicken beyond application levels. Having said that, I am very pleased with the results and although it is quite expensive the product is better than any others I have tried previously.

Have to say I wasn't totally impressed with your product and the end result, our floor has now had 7 coats for one reason or another, wrong product supplied or not enough product knowledge given ,
Guess we were unlucky but end result still nowhere what I expected , and the cost of the product and labour nowadays made it an expensive experience.

I don't normally write reviews, but I have just had a rare and pleasant experience with Resincoat, so thought I'd share that. I gave them a call to discuss and spoke to Danen.
Great service, talked me through everything, helped me order the appropriate products and also gave me a discount. I wish all companies were this good, thank you for your great customer service.

Final finish looks fantastic, smooth with an almost mirror surface. Recommend others to use. But issue with instructions. Primer coat and first final coat blistered during curing, the edges of which had to be sanded off. Google search warned about using resin coatings during temperature fluctuations. Thus avoided by coating after mid-day. No blisters on final coat.

Good quality product. Good coverage - easy to apply if prep instructions are followed. Looks very good.

Applied the liquid rubber to a slate roof last Aug. Gave it 2 coats.
After the recent hot weather the coating split and pealed. This was mostly in the centre of slate, so cannot be blamed on ill prepared joints!! The product clealy needs a primer for this type of roof surface

I called their Technical Help department, and Heike Gaskel provided me with some of the best help and product details I’ve had in a long time, that’s a rare event for me.
Heike’s help stood out, because she had such a wide product knowledge together with high quality technical help provided. Nothing was too much trouble for her and she offered me lots of ideas on the methods of applying the ECOHOLD product. Getting help to this level is very rare and so I'd like to recognise her help to me.

Ordered Injection DPC treatment online on 02/04/2025. Paid £15 for delivery, which considering its a fairly small item felt expensive - but assumed would be a premium / next day delivery.
Didn't receive any further communications from the company.
Called 07/04/2025 to enquire where the order was (as was holding up other jobs on site), and was told that it was being processed for delivery but hadn't left the warehouse yet.
Given the delay I asked for a refund, which to their credit is being processed. The lady on the phone was helpful and apologetic.
However, given the cost of delivery, and the time taken to process the order I wont be ordering from them again. I found a smilier product, on the shelf with a well known national supplier, just a couple of miles form the site address.

Giving a neutral rating as product still hasn’t been delivered, so I have no idea. Arranged to be at the property to receive the delivery today only for the courier to cancel after delivery should have been attempted.

I used Resincoat Pourable Concrete Filler Kit on Fri 4 April, to fill in several holes (max 15 x 6cm by 5 cm deep), and cracks in my garage floor.
These are my initial impressions.
For my project I only needed to mix half of what was supplied, however even half a tin was a little tricky to mix. So I recommend first using a clean stick to stir the water into the dry product, so as the ensure there are no unmixed pockets of powder. After this go ahead and use the supplied drill attachment.
The instructions call for 1 to 1.1 litres of water per tin. If like me you had some small gaps to fill, then to improve workability it might be better to err on the high side of the recommended when adding water.
When mixed the compound hardens fast, so you need to be prepared to work quickly, don't do as I did and faff about!

When in place the compound hardens to a smooth tough finish.

Overall, yes I highly recommend this product, as it's effective, ok to use, and sold at a fair price.

The only hiccup was a delay of several days after my order, and before the kit was dispatched. In fact I had to chase it up. Maybe that was a one-off, but I'm glad I chased it. Having said that, the kit arrived the day after dispatch.

Rapid delivery, product did exactly what I expected and also needed it for.

Edit after product finally arrived: very happy with the product, so I have upped my overall experience to three stars. The product gets five stars, but as the delivery was much longer than expected and I had to ask what was happening with my order, the overall experience gets 3 stars. What I also don’t understand is why they advertise as being manufacturers of their products, but they blamed the delay on their supplier.

I got asked to leave a review before my delayed order even arrived. Can’t really give anymore than one star for an order I haven’t received yet. I enquired when I could expect my order last week and was told it would be despatched for next day delivery by the end of businesses that day. My wife stayed home to take delivery and I was sent an email later that day to say the order wouldn’t be sent until next week.

Used Resincoat PRS to rescue a poorly laid screed which hadn’t had the correct mix. Has soaked in well and seems to have created a good hard bond.

Ordered the paint paid for next day delivery which did not happen this had a knock on effect delaying other trades.
When l contacted customer services no apology just said they would refund the difference for the cost of next day delivery which has not been refunded. really poor service and attitude will not be ordering from them again.
