Over promised and under delivered would not recommend
We selected Resilient MBR after an initial demonstration in which they represented themselves as capable of efficiently credentialing providers under a newly formed practice, particularly given that both providers had already been credentialed through a previous organization. Based on those representations, we trusted them with a critical part of launching our new business.
Unfortunately, our experience has been the exact opposite of what was promised. Nearly two months into the process, communication has been inconsistent, response times to emails and phone calls have been poor, and progress has been significantly slower than represented during the sales process.
At one point, we were informed that the individual responsible for our credentialing had experienced a serious accident. While unfortunate and understandable, no apparent contingency plan was implemented, and no one else assumed responsibility for our account until I repeatedly reached out after receiving little to no response from our assigned representative, Zane.
The credentialing process appears to be moving one application at a time rather than being managed efficiently across payers. For a new practice, these delays create serious cash-flow concerns and directly impact the ability to operate and serve clients.
The most disappointing aspect of this experience has been the gap between what was promised and what has actually been delivered. Resilient MBR presented itself as a company with the expertise and systems necessary to expedite credentialing for an established provider group transitioning to a new practice. In our case, that has not occurred.
We entered into this agreement expecting professionalism, responsiveness, and follow-through. Instead, we have encountered delays, poor communication, and a lack of accountability. As a result, we have been forced to continue covering expenses out of pocket while waiting for progress that should have occurred much sooner.
Based on our experience, I cannot recommend Resilient MBR to practices that need timely credentialing or reliable communication. If speed, responsiveness, and execution are important to your business, I would strongly encourage you to consider other options.
