From easy appointment bookings, a very straightforward paperwork process, to fast & helpful email responses & a very quick turnaround when we asked for something to be fixed. All of that combined with a great flat means we're very happy with using Residently.

Residently made the entire rental process by providing quick and easy digital access for each step. Every person I interacted with was very friendly, helpful, and professional. We found it a very easy process when renting a property through the Residently platform. Any questions/issues we have had have been responded to and dealt with in timely manner.

This was the second time I was finding an apartment independently, and choosing Residently made this change an enjoyable one. Going for the furnishing option, the apartment was decorated to a very high standard.
What I found Residently do is take care of the minor details that sometimes are overlooked, such as having Wifi ready, providing cleaning equipment, having a welcome package on the day you move in etc.
The most important part of my moving in experience with Residently was the promptness of their responses to queries I had both before and after I moved in, where I felt they really prioritized my interests.
