Great company, made us feel comfortable when we moved in. They called to check in and helped to liaise with the letting agents to sort any issues. Best was the welcome gift box, very thoughtful with all the little welcome gifts. Freddie was the contact for us.

I cant speak highly enough of Residently, they have been absolutely brilliant.
The app is a breath of fresh air, it makes the whole process so easy. I always felt fully in the loop and understood where we were in the whole process. The customer service has been excellent and everyone ive dealt with has been lovely. High recommend !

Could not be more impressed with Residently. I've been renting for 10+ years and they are by far the most responsive, personable and reliable letting agency I've dealt with. Absolutely loved the welcome pack, those things really go a long way!

Clean and user-friendly app with a strong customer support team
Residently have been great since we’ve moved in. Had a few minor issues which haven’t been Residently’s fault, yet they’ve been so attentive to resolve!
We were also welcomed into our new rented property with a box full of goodies which was lovely.
Just wanted to mention Freddie in particular, who has always been helpful, friendly, and goes the extra mile in making our flat a home.

I really recommend Residently, I rented a property with them for around 1 year and half. The rent process was easy and fast, but what made me so happy was the service after the contract had been signed. They were always willing to help, doesn't matter if it is with a small leak or a complex renegotiation with the landlord.
Attentive service leading up to the start of our tenancy, helping us sort everything we need in the build up with prompt responses. Hopeful it continues once we move in.

I cannot express enough how impressed I was with the level or service I received, specifically from Eloise, who was there to assist me at all times, which made what can be a stressful process of moving houses seem very easy. I would certainly recommend this service!
From start to finish, Ria has been fantastic. Friendly and personable, pro-active, responsive and just a genuine pleasure to connect with. The experience so far has been easy and we haven't had to worry about any of it - smoothest move in process I have had to date. Hoping the experience moving forward is just as positive!
The whole team, especially Eloise and Linh made the application process as seamless and stress free as possible from start to finish. They were very responsive with any queries I had and were always available to help. I have rented several times in the past and this is the best service I have experienced so far. Thank you
My friend and I are very new to renting, and as university students, we don't have much to go from. However, Residently guided us through the process and made the experience nothing but amazing. Linh and Eloise were very responsive and answered every question and concerns that we had from start to finish. We ran into a few bumps here and there, but Linh and Eloise were very understanding throughout it all–this goes to show how much they care for their clients. I'm greatly appreciative of them both and would highly recommend Residently to anyone and everyone!
