Bought a plan in .dwg format for a planning application. It was rejected by local authority for not showing a crown copyright. Phoned for help but was told that it must be my own incompetence despite the fact that I have successfully complete the same exercise with other map providers.
Awful - plans rejected over and over again by the council - avoid.
I purchased two plans and when you checkout a pop up comes up suggesting you buy another plan. I already had purchased this plan so this pop up should not appear. I was then charged twice for the same plan. When I complained I was only refunded half the price of the plan.
Purchased 6 plans. Tried to create an account but there were issues so I checked out as a guest. Making payment was an issue and the computer kept timing me out so I switched credit cards and started the process from scratch. Then learnt that payment was taken twice for two of the plans purchased, two from one credit card and two from another. Have emailed six times to be told that they are still trying to sort it even though they have already confirmed I have overpaid and told me a refund of one of the overpayments has been processed. It hasn't. Shocking lack of customer service, dreadful website to use and one of the maps was wrong meaning I had to purchase a second time. Not an easy process at all and still waiting for my refund.
I paid for both block and site plans but plans are rejected by council. Their Autofill feature is not accurate. Tried to contact them but they are more interested in arguing than to correct thier software.
Checked out as a guest, but then couldn't amend the plans that I had paid for. They are refusing to issue a refund, or let me know alter the plans.
There was no mention that if you check out as a guest, that you wouldn't be able to amend anything. Nor get a refund.
An officer at Leeds city council has informed me that he has given this feedback to them in the past, because other customers have also fallen foul.
Avoid. You have been warned.
