Unfortunately the box was a mess when it turned up the bugs boxes were crushed luckily no bugs got out, and the fruit flys were dead the next day, the other bugs were good. Won’t be ordering again

Hi Kristy. Sorry to hear that the couriers mishandled your parcel, it is frustrating when they ignore the 'handle with care' stickers. However, I am glad to hear that your order was packed well enough that no bugs escaped. The fruit flies, as mentioned in the product description, have a life span of 24-48 hours post delivery, so this is perfectly normal.

First time using company as needed sand for my hamster and couldn't get from normal place. Good, fast delivery and good price. Will be back again although the tape sealing the box saying live insects did concern my hubby a little bit.😂

As usual it was quick and easy to order the bugs the only issue i had is the delivery person never knocked or rang my bell so it was a good job I seen them walk away or I wouldn't of know they were just left on my doorstep which I know is not your fault. We order from you as we have not had a problem before and all are lizards enjoy your bugs
