Even during heavier lifts, there’s no movement or instability, which makes a huge difference for confidence and safety.

The setup is really user-friendly too—the J-cups and safety bars are easy to adjust, so you can quickly get everything dialled in for squats, bench, or whatever you’re working on. It’s clear they’ve invested in high-quality equipment that actually enhances the training experience.

Group sessions are killin' it, especially HIIT – really helps boost endurance 🏋️‍♂️. PT sessions are pushing me to new heights, super tailored to my goals. And the Dietitian's advice? Spot on. Awesome training. I like the group training feature at Rep Rack Fitness centre. You have everything you want and all the training equipments as well. The trainer is also an amazing well -educated person.
