This company was previously called 'Reading In Heels'. Was shoddily run then - and now. I believe 'they' (I say that because it's not a company with a lot of staff) rebranded due to all the negative reviews. They kept blaming Royal Mail for undelivered items, would send rude/passive aggressive replies to emails. If you called them out; they would respond by saying you were anti-female run small businesses - yes really. Thankfully; my bank refunded me my money after RIH/Reposed stopped responding to my requests for a refund. I kept all the emails from them as well as correspondence from my bank - and reported this 'company'. So glad they will never trade again. That said; I'll be watching to see what scam they (try to) pull next.

Purchased a 3 month subscription in July. Received nothing.

Purchased a 6 month subscription as a gift and only 1 box was received. Was unaware they had ceased trading but was charged in full. What a waste of time and money.

I've had issues with Reposed for a while as they've sent nothing. Only found out after reading reviews on here that they've gone out of business. They're still sending me invoices and follow up letters about non payment of invoices. I've been contacting them for months as nothing has arrived.
They used to be very professional and it was lovely to get a box. Just wish they hadn't taken so much money from me.

The company ceased trading BEFORE I placed my first order for the book subscription service in June - they continued to take orders for months after they knew they couldn’t fulfil them. I have an open dispute with them via PayPal to try and claim my money back and they haven’t even had the good grace to respond. Re-checked their social media today and they’ve posted one pic saying “FIN” with no further information and have turned comments off - pretty offensive and glib way of letting people know you’ve taken their hard earned cash and don’t intend to give them anything in return!

This company has been taking my money for months in the full knowledge that they will never send me what I've paid for.
Decent companies that go out of business at least respond to customers and explain the situation. Not this company. They will not communicate... but they will take your money.
In my book that makes them crooks.

I’ve used Reposed for years, they were previously Reading in Heels. I’m disgusted that they have obviously run into difficulty and not had the courtesy to tell existing and new customers. They are just letting people throw their money away. It took me a couple of months to realise the boxes weren’t coming as they had pushed the dates back and back and I lost track of when they were supposed to arrive. I paid via PayPal and have had to lodge a claim - unnecessary hassle and such an awful way to treat people. Previously, they were a good company, the snacks & treats had become a bit repetitive but I would have carried on supporting them. Disappointing.

Made an order for a birthday present in July and still haven't received the subscription (now September!)

Completely let down by this company as I missed the birthday of the person and have had to explain this to them which is also slightly embarrassing and means they are still awaiting on a gift 2 months later!

Various attempts to contact customer services have failed and only decided to contact AMEX today as I decided to read the reviews here on Trustpilot.

Reposed: shame on you!!! You took something I loved and turned it into a very stressful experience for me. Your boxes were a breath of fresh air then a single source of frustration when I had to chase box after box.

I had a subscription for a year but noticed the boxes coming later and later each month. Then they just stopped. I wrote to customer support who made it like I was the problem (I was kind, patient, and professional) and they replied with snarky short replies. I was told lies that the boxes were sent but they’d send a replacement. BS. Nothing was sent to begin with because duplicate boxes never showed up. The final box of my subscription just never came. 8 attempts to contact Customer Service went unanswered.

I had to file a claim with my bank which took 2 months to resolve!! That’s not right. I work hard and you just forgot about me and your other customers.

Don’t order from this shifty company, you’ll regret it. And if you’re waiting for your box, file a claim with your bank or credit card company to get your money back, don’t give your money to thieves.

As per the other comments below, this company seems to have gone out of business/folded towards the end of May. They're still taking money and have absolutely 0 way of getting in touch. I've sent 5+ emails since placing my order at the end of June, it's now almost September. It was an expensive order (almost £100), and I fear I made it just at the wrong moment to be able to be warned that they were no longer sending parcels, but please heed the comments here and DO NOT ORDER from Reposed.

Placed an order two weeks ago, received confirmation but no further detail, after chasing twice i have received nothing back from the company. They have kindly taken my money and provided nothing in return.

I have subscribed to Reposed since 2020 and I’ve even gifted subscriptions to friends. The books weren’t always to my tastes but in all that time there was only two real duds. That didn’t bother me as the box was always a delight to open and I enjoyed the treats. The box didn’t always arrive in time but that didn’t bother me either as it always arrived. That is until June this year when my box didn’t arrive and I couldn’t get a response from Reposed or Ampersand. I gave them the benefit of doubt and let my subscription run into July. Now I have no box for June or July and no response to any of my emails or a refund. I have now cancelled. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. There are better book subscriptions out there, who actually engage with their customers.

One star is a star too many for this company. Avoid this company as they do not deliver. I ordered and paid in advance for an annual subscription as a gift, starting in April 22. My daughter received the first box I had to chase for the second one, No further obes have arrived. I get no response on e mails and there is no telephone number to contact anyone. A huge disappointment and cost that is not recoverable.

Avoid this company. I signed up in April. First box didn't arrive, but they took a second payment in May. I contacted them and asked for help and they sent out the April box, but there was no mention of May. June box also didn't arrive, but money was taken. I contacted them and was given a fake Royal Mail reference. Thankfully I paid via PayPal and so was able to claim a refund through them as Reposed had stopped responding completely. The parent company Ampersand Books is now listed as closed on Google. I would suggest you do not sign up for this service as you're unlikely to receive anything from them.

I first bought this for my Mum in 2021 and initially it was great. My Mum used to love receiving the boxes and really looked forward to receiving them, so much so that I renewed her subscription this year only for nothing to ever turn up. Like with everyone else, every time I tried to communicate with them I didn't receive a response. Facebook comments were deleted, Instagram removed etc.

In the end I ended up speaking to my bank who refunded the money for me. I suggest every one else does the same thing.

It's a real shame and just exposes the true character of the owner, who is continuing to operate a website and take orders fully knowing she has no intention to send them out. A real shame.

Like others, they took my money and have delivered nothing. They do not respond to any contact. Do not order from them

Please don't use this company, there are lots of other better ones out there. They took money for a subscription and never delivered. No one responded to 4 emails/complaints I made and haven't had my money back.

I ordered a 3 month subscription on 24th May and nothing has ever arrived. I've tried to email the company multiple times with no response. I expect they have gone out of business.

They are still trying to take my money but have had to block it via my bank. Do not buy!!!!

Terrible customer service. After paying for and not receiving my July subscription I sent countless emails and did not receive a response. I have sadly had to cancel my subscription.
