I was a non believer in coaching but my gut feeling told me its a good move, the part of the program that taught me about the actual photos and videos was the least part of it, it saved me a lot of trial and error and my coach Karen really helped me shape my mindset i to a winning one , focusing on the possibilities rather then the problems... i wholeheartedly recommend anybody who want to grow their real estate photography business to go through this, also the REPP community is great and you get live insight from people who are going thorough the same thing you are

I can't put into words how important REPP coaching has been to my career and my life. I could write an entire love letter explaining how instrumental this coaching program has been to me. Eli Jones and the whole team are absolutely fantastic and authentic people who genuinely care about helping budding entrepreneurs build successful businesses. I joined REPP coaching with some photography experience and essentially zero experience running a business. They've been by my side every step of the way, helping me with everything from the basics of getting new clients to setting up deals with entire brokerages.

My personal coach, Aryana, is the kindest and most caring soul I've ever met. She feels so deeply for her students and has helped me ride the waves of entrepreneurship, weathering the ups and downs that come with starting your own business. She’s a coach, a friend, and essentially my business therapist. I’ve said it before, but I see starting a business not only as a means of achieving personal and financial freedom but also as a path to self-actualization and personal development. They say you’re the average of the five people you spend the most time with. I disagree; I believe it's more accurate to say you’re the average of the five people you allow to influence you. And who better to shape your mindset than people who have been where you are and know the exact path forward? The impact of spending time within the REPP community cannot be overstated. Owning a business has been the most difficult thing I’ve ever done. I’m not sure I would have made it to where I am today (just hit $10k in revenue last month) without the guidance of my coaches.

If you’re looking for cheerleaders who will tell you it’s okay to only reach out to one person a day and not put in the work, this isn’t the place for you. If you’re thinking it’ll be easy, this isn’t the place for you. But if you’re looking for a community of like-minded, highly driven people who will help forge you into the best version of yourself, I’m not sure what you’re waiting for. Sure, it costs money. But to say it’s not worth it would be a lie. It’s the single best investment I’ve ever made. If I had to do it all over again, I’d make the same investment a thousand times over.

We started out looking or a way to earn extra income on the side to running a full time real estate media business.
The Real Estate Photographer Pro course has allowed me to escape my day job to now running the business full time.
In the past 6 months, we also jumped into coaching. While our business was doing great, we wanted to take it to the next level. So through coaching we got the guidance we needed to help get our systems in place where we have hired and are training additional photographers and are also in the process of training our first virtual assistant.
We are now ready to tackle 2025 and grow our business to the next level and continue to increase the service area we can cover, multiple photographers shooting daily, and even have other companies reaching out to us to expand into their areas.

I am so grateful for this program. Here are the main aspects I benefited from:
1) The Checklist: The checklist took out so much of the guess work and I just worked through it in order. I didn't have to figure out which action item had the top priority because I would just do the next thing on the list
2) The one-on-one coaching: just knowing that there was a live person I could talk to each week was a big comfort and confidence boost. I knew that whatever problems I had/things I was unsure about, I could work through them with my coach.
3) The group calls: learning from people who are in the industry and doing well offered so much inspiration and practical help
4) Other thoughts: I am grateful for this program because it showed me that I could provide for myself financially without having to rely on the whims of an employer. I could put in the work and get positive results out. I am doing this while working full time so my growth has been slow. But, I am still growing and I hope to transition to real estate photography full time within the next few months. Also, the practice of constantly putting myself out there has affected my overall approach to my other goals and I have been active in pursuing my dreams in other aspects of my life as well.

Joining this course was the best decision I made last year, it has improved my life in so many aspects. I was a stay in mom and I couldn´t find what to do profesionally due to the hectic schedule with my kids. Then I came across Eli on YT and he made it look so simple and I decided to give it a try. The coaching is designed to achieve short and mid term goals and it surely works because REPP shows tools, websites, softwares and the know how in order to achieve those goals . I started at REPP about 4 months ago, and it is going very well! Having a community of people in the same boat as me that we can share experiences, and move forward together is very encouraging! I had the pleasure of being the student of Aryana, and I can honestly say that I couldn't have had a better coach. A lot of my thoughts of how to run a business and how to go about creating success were all over the place. What coaching does is narrow down those thousands of thoughts and narrow it down to the necessities! I'm the kind of person that doesn't want to talk much nor want to be the center of attention, I want to get in and get out with no problems but coaching doesn't do that! I was hesitant when I first joined REPP. It is a lot of money and I was very unsure if it was worth the investment. They truly want you to succeed. There are multiple resources put in place to do so with videos, checklist, literature, group calls, group chats, and individual contact support. Plus the little things here and there that make you think “Wow, that’s actually really cool of them.”

My favorite aspect of the program is how easy they made it to start a real estate media business. A complete step by step guide on what to do and when do it. A cheat sheet checklist. It’s also a little surreal the first time you hop on a group zoom call and get to have an individual conversation with Eli with specific questions about your business. 100% the same energy, motivation, and passion you see in his YouTube videos and social media.

I saw their course come up on Instagram on helping you create a Real Estate Media company. I was shooting for a boxing gym at the time and was looking for a way I could start making money with my camera and that video came up at such the right time! From when I started the course to the end of it, any help that you need it at your reach. You are assigned a coach from the start of the program that will guide you through the whole process and let me tell you, it's a tremendous help! (I knew nothing about this type of career/business field and my coach Aryana was an amazing help throughout the whole process!) you're also invited into a group chat/board of other students starting the same program, although at different points of the program, it helps to see what challenges or questions they also come across so when you come across the same thing you'll have a perspective of how to deal with it.

It's a pretty straightforward program, everything is listed in a todo list that goes week by week so there is no getting lost and if you get stuck or have questions you have your coach and the group chat/board right by your side to help you. This is definitely worth the investment to get your own business up and going with really quick results!
