Firstly, I found their prices very competitive. secondly, they provided services that I was not even thinking of and lastly the Web based service is very user friendly. The only effort required by me as a customer was to take my old phone to the post office and send. I would use them again and definitely recommend them,

AMAZING SERVICE. I posted the phone on Wednesday morning and got it back 48 hours later on Friday. The job is perfect, and the tempered glass protector well worth paying £5 extra for - especially as it’s been expertly installed without any air bubbles. Fabulous job. Thanks.

Good service and incredibly fast but...
Phone screen colours are *slightly* off and the screen is dimmer than the original. Though, I can't complain due to the low cost and amazing service. would recommend if on a budget, but if you can afford that little extra, pay for a higher quality repairer that uses genuine Apple parts.

Great, no hassel service!
A little confirmation email to say the phone had been received/repaired and ready for return, would have put my mind at ease. However, when I enquired my email was responded to promptly and I received my phone in the time stated.

Amazing service
I badly smashed my screen to the point that it wasn’t the glass that was broken but the screen had turned rainbow. I sent off my phone via special delivery on Wednesday morning, they emailed me to confirm they had received, fixed and sent back on Thursday. I received my fixed iPhone in secure packaging on Friday morning. The screen does not lag, and the vibration sensors still are intact. I would 100% recommend this service.

Fantastic Service. Great customer service. Brilliant in Lockdown.
Brilliant and simple service to get my cracked I-Phone screen repaired in lockdown.
I was concerned they hadn't received my phone as my Royal Mail tracking didn't work. -They were very quick to reply to my email and confirm it had arrived and indeed was already in the post making its way back to me.
Would recommend.

Good service
Was unsure about sending my phone via the post. Took out Sim card after setting on factory settings. Sent via Royal Mail for £7.50 to cover £400 and send registered. Sent Monday received back on Thursday, great service. Only recommendation is that you should receive an email once it has been delivered to the repair shop. Secondly, a pre-printed slip to go in with your phone would also give piece of mind

Happy with the repaired phone but the…
Happy with the repaired phone but the service was not a quick as I had expected, phone was away for well over a week. This may have been to Covid but if so it would have been good to receive an email to explain what was happening.
All in all good repair but communication could be improved

Difficult refund
I was having to self isolate when I paid to get my screen done through this site, I had to get it delivered by courier pick up and the address didn’t come up on myhermes or parcel force, so I lost confidence in sending my phone and asked for a refund, I was given an alternative address as an option but requested a refund which I was told I would get.. I didn’t get it and asked for it again ten days later and I still haven’t got it!
Update - apparently I had calls and emails about my refund, I never received the emails, but I have got the refund.. updated it to 3 stars..

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. However, I do feel that 1 star is a little bit unfair.
I understand that our address did not show up for your courier for some reason. But, we did give you the option to post the phone to any of our other stores for your convenience.
After you did not post your phone to us, we offered the full refund as we do with all of our customers who decide that they no longer need our service.
We have replied to your emails and tried to call you multiple times regarding the refund but, cannot manage to get in touch with you.
We will keep trying to get in touch and once we do, we have no problem with processing the refund for you.
Hopefully, you choose us to repair any broken phones in the future.
