This is the second time I’ve used Rentokill and both times the service has been exemplary. From initial phone call to final visit, I felt like the problem was being throughly investigated and dealt with. A special mention must go to Stephen who was always punctual, thorough and reassuring.

We had a carpet moth problem. Eoin Donnellan from Rentokil provided a great service. He was helpful and patient ahead of the visit, answering questions and many phone calls. We were concerned because we have a few allergy issues in our household. Eoin reassured us and tailored the service to accommodate our situation. The first visit was thorough and professional. Eoin went through the house room by room in preparation and afterwards followed up with a detailed written report. I would recommend Eoin Donnellan and Rentokil.

I’ve been a Rentokil customer for over a year, initially to deal with a mouse in the house, and now for routine pest control around the exterior of my home. The service has been outstanding, especially thanks to Alex Kovacs, who has been exceptional throughout.

Alex provides amazing communication both before and after each visit, ensuring I know exactly what’s happening and what to expect. His timing is always perfect, and when I spotted some unwelcome visitors, he was quick to return and adjust the measures in place.

Thanks to Alex’s professionalism, responsiveness, and thorough approach, I feel confident in the protection around my home. I’m very happy with the service and want to thank Alex for his continued support. Highly recommend Rentokil and Alex in particular!

Alex Kovacs has been looking after our account for +1 year at least. He is excellent - punctual, efficient, helpful. Nothing has ever been a problem for Alex. So much so, we recently sold the property and the new owner is taking over our account with Alex running it. He is also a really lovely person.

Darren Fitzpatrick is an absolute gem! His knowledge and attention to detail is evident in his work! No ask is too much for Darren and he is a joy to deal with! By far the best technician I have come across in a long time!

Paul is so good at his job and knowledgeable. There was no waiting time. Everything was so fast and efficient.He has been so kind and understanding and put me at ease. I could not have gotten through this without him. Thanks again Paul.

Sil called to my house recently in relation to an ongoing issue with mice entering the house. He was very thorough in his work and found a long term solution to the issue. Thank you Sil!

I had Mariette out to solve my problem with mice. She was so pleasant and helpful. Every visit made was kept informed of what she was doing.

We cannot praise John Paul enough for his role in successfully dealing with our recent rodent infestation. From the outset he put us at ease, kept us informed, and applied himself to resolving the issue.

Excellent service and communication from Colin. Colin kept in touch regularly and ensured our issue was resolved satisfactorily. I could not recommend more highly. An absolute gentleman to deal with.

Called Rentokil at 8.30am. Call answered immediately. Call back from expert at 10am and technician on site by 3.30pm. Brilliant service!

From the initial point of contact the whole experience has been so smooth. I was contacted very quickly and a first visit set up within a few days. Darren that came out to us was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He helped us find permanent solutions for our mouse problem as opposed to previous companies we had out that just dealt with the current problem. He was always very efficient at every visit and kept us up to date on what he was doing and what he saw had happened since his last visit.

Darren came to close out issues brought up in our annual audit. He was incredibly helpful, explained everything in great detail and ensured all issues were corrected & up to spec.

If I could give Rentokil Zero Star Rating I would. I had a potential rat infestation in my house and sent them an enquiry form on 28th October. I received an automated reply with a Reference No. It said somebody from the Company would reply the following Day. On the late afternoon of the 29th I phoned and was told by a gentleman by the name of Pat that yes my enquiry had been sent out to Darren and he would ring me and talk me through the procedeure. It is now Thursday 7th November and sadly I have heard zilch from Rentokil and yes I had the Rat infestation. Very very unprofessional by Rentokil and they certainly have lost my custom and that of my family and friends going forward.
