As always the team have done an excellent job the kitchen is immaculate thank you.

The gentleman that came was very friendly very smiley and done a top notch job

We had Rentokil come and clean some quite severe mould on our bathroom ceiling. Was explained in emails beforehand how long the process would likely take, the steps they would take to sort it out. Surfaces were given a deep clean after the mould was removed, as agreed, all dealt with very well. The price was very fair as well for what is a pretty hazardous job. Thanks to Alan for the work and Donna for arranging.

He kept our premises clean and the communication was clear and helpful. We were very happy with the service provided and would highly recommend.

Sally came to see what needed doing regarding our kitchen clean and she was very positive. The cleaning process was thorough but required a second visit to get things right. This was easy to arrange with Sally and the second person was brilliant. By the time he left all the grease had gone.

Outstanding rating for 1. Thoroughness, 2. Friendliness and 3. Going the extra mile. They did a deep clean and the improvement in how it smells is amazing. They didn't just 'do the job' but they served and supported the customer. Rentokil - you need more people like these 2 on your team.
