As a host, I received a 30 day reservation which was a surprise as I get most of my business only through Airbnb & Vrbo. I was skeptical but this particular marketing venue proved true. Give it a chance. I like the concept of direct with owner.

I very was skeptical to join as I spent quite a bit of money in the past with other "host" companies claiming to expand the short term rental business. Well, after being with Evolve and Host Beyond and only obtaining ONE booking in about 5 months, I cancelled.
Went on my own, made a web site and using only social media for advertising, I was able secure a number of bookings.
Couple of weeks ago I joined Rent by Host and found that I am getting more traffic on my website. So for a minimal annual fee, I am extremely pleased with this site. Also the support has been really good.
Well worth the money to join.

Sophia was very helpful in getting our two listings set up on RentbyHost. They can even integrate and pull dynamic pricing in with API connection. Her team did all the setup work based on my existing Airbnb listings and did a fantastic job.
I only made minor adjustments after the listing went live as I had updated photos.
I had tried listing on another by owner site and only received an inquiry about once every two weeks.
So far with RentbyHost I have received 10 inquiries in two weeks. I am confident with this level of traffic my direct bookings will increase.

Sophia has been so helpful in getting me exposure. I have had so many more bookings since I signed up with her.

I worked with a lady named Sophia. She was extremely knowledgable, patient and kind. Her professionalism caused me to list 3 more properties that I did not intend to list today (for a total of 4) I am looking forward to working with this company. So far it has been very easy and smooth. I highly recommend other hosts to give it a try.

I did not have any inquiries before I listed my property with Rentbyhost and as soon as I listed my property I got 4 inquiries and 1 booking in the span of 16 hours or less. Thank you Rentbyhost , you made a believer out of me.

I received an unsolicited call one morning from Sophia. She told me about the Rentbyhost site. Not sure I wanted to spend the time to build a second site to advertise my vacation home property, Sophia quickly convinced me she would do all of the work and I would have the platform I was looking for--direct access to potential renters without interference. The next morning the site was created--entirely by Sophia using my photos and information. We spent a few minutes tweaking how the information was presented, refining details and it was done. It couldn't have been easier. Sophia is excellent. She is responsive, really knows her site and the competitors' sites. She is very tech savy, patient and helpful. She continues to be responsive to emailed questions and doesn't hesitate to pick up the phone to help with a question.

If you're a host you definitely want to get on this site and grow a high volume business; if you're a traveler you've got some nice properties to choose from.
I'm very impressed with the quality of support they offer, ... if you're a host you know how important it is to have knowledgeable support.
Sophia is my favorite she immediately returns my calls, very impressive.
I get a lot of inquiries and bookings from the site and I really appreciate their professionalism: it's so important to host and travelers both, to know you're dealing with professionals who not just know but understand the industry.
