The initial viewing at the property went well, I put an offer in and my details were passed to Jamal. Dealing with Jamal was nothing but stress, he held an unprofessional tone when speaking over the phone, did not follow up with the landlord, did not communicate further to myself. Was patronising and insensitive. Although the properly was such a great fit for myself, the thought of dealing with Jamal throughout the tenancy has made me look elsewhere. As a landlord I would think twice before allowing Jamal to deal with the lettings. Before I was even able to put down a holding deposit Jamal’s attitude completely put me off.

I am an ex tenant and I have had numerous run ins with Jamal during my tenancy. He is unprofessional, talks over you, does not listen properly. When he was asked to leave a conversation as it was causing me stress he went on so many times I had a panic attack. Uncaring, and disgustingly unprofessional.

I was very impressed with the proffessional approach Jamal has in the means of how he looks after landlords giving each and every one personal attention and his efforts are amazing, the man in charge himself guided me through the whole process as well as the great service the customer team delivered, Jamal goes beyond expection which I found lacking in many other estate agents.
Jamal keeps you informed all the way is honest, open, helpful and very efficient in everything he does. He found me ideal tenants in a matter of days, dealt with referencing and completed all relevant agreements. I would not hesitate to recommend to other landlords requiring assistance with letting their properties this very friendly, helpful and above all very supportive and quick to respond to any enquires service that is given by rentanypropery.
Another factor is that the service is at the fraction of the cost of any other agent making it yet another postive aspect of the service that they deliver. I was so pleased to have been kept informed all the way through making me feel so much at ease, best service one could wish for. I recommend a thousand times over 100%.

When my tenants served their notice, I was worried about re-letting my property. I needn't have been, because with Jamal's help it was a breeze.
