Im 21 years old, and started paying rent when I was 18. I don’t live in the nicest area however do try my hardest to do my best. In addition I wanted to report my rent I pay the lease owner. I’ve lived here my whole life, and established great connections within the community. I payed for the service making sure to give them all my details on what’s going on with my life, and on credit reports. They relayed to me they will help, I then informed my manger, she was all for it. Next day I was in the office with my property manager called back and the manager Jeremy answers, instead of who contacted me at first. While the call is on speaker my manger is trying to verify, and Jeremy says she’s not. My manager looked at me and I look at her in confusion, and she hung up because of how rude he was. As a result I call back a little upset considering my manager such a nice person, and was just trying to help both of us. I was then told they could not verify, because my manager said no yet I’m right next her and she says she’s willing too! He then said I can’t talk to the rep before because he’s the manager, then he transferred me to the founder. Who then told me I am not paying rent legitimately! And there such a simple service I’m waisting there time. I have lived at my complex my whole life, and work real hard to pay my rent every month, it’s really sucks to have a CO tell you you not legitimate.

Aly was my credit specialist that reached out to me confirming everything showed up on my report and she is amazing. Literally had me laughing the entire call yet left me more educated than before on credit. Really appreciate the team y’all have.

I would say that's money well spent, especially for someone like me who needed to establish payment history.

Rental Kharma does make a difference and the customer service is to knit h!! Aly was so so helpful! She explained the different credit scores lenders may use like vantage and fico. She gave me recommendations on how to track my credit and even gave me links to my state governments down payment assistance program information. I feel way more empowered and in control of my credit and future!
