Cheese tower and wine sitting outside - absolutely perfect! Danielle was fantastic and so knowledgeable. Really enjoyed, so much we have booked again for next month!

Poor delivery arrangements
Lovely cheese but I didn’t feel the packaging was adequate for the current hot weather so the cheese was not as cold as it should have been and the delivery process is incredibly slow. Unlike many online food businesses there’s no choice of delivery date and it arrives when it does - a week or so later. I won’t order again unless this is sorted out as it’s not very convenient

Great present
Bought the May mystery box as a birthday gift for a friend. It arrived when I requested it should and she was absolutely delighted with it.

Uninspiring…
Unfortunately a rather uninspiring selection of cheeses;
Smoked Westcombe, Old Winchester, Alpen Cheddar.
All with high review ratings but all fell short of my expectations.
Perhaps I simply made a poor selection.
I've ordered cheeses from other artisan outlets before and had better results at cheaper prices.
Price of postage and packing is reasonable (3-5 working days, £6.50) and the order arrives in a very useful chilled insulated silver bag.

Dear Jim,
Thank you for your honest review and feedback. I'm sorry to hear that the selection you received didn't meet your expectations this time.
Our Mystery Box is specially curated for when each cheese is at its peak condition and reflecting the best of the season's offerings. Artisan cheese, as with all natural and handmade products, can ebb and flow. It sounds like we caught your personal individual selection on an ebb.
We appreciate your positive comments about our delivery and packaging, and I'm glad to hear that you found the insulated bag useful.
We're committed to providing a great experience and the best possible cheeses, so I would be delighted if you would give us another opportunity to impress you with our selection. We would be more than happy to assist you in selecting cheeses that might better match your tastes.
Thanks for being part of our Rennet & Rind British cheese community. Please feel free to reach out if you have any other comments or suggestions.
Best wishes,
Perry

Customer service was exceptional
Customer service was exceptional. Having ordered a mystery box before, I decided I wanted to use their cheese for a wine and cheese tasting for my Dad's birthday. Usually, my dad is the one who pairs wine and cheese, and I was out of my depth. I contacted R&R asking for pairing suggestions for the wine I had chosen, and Callum sent my wine suggestions to Perry who gave his pairings for all. Very happy.

Fantastic cheeses as always
Fantastic cheeses as always. The Bix was so delicious I only wish it came as a bigger portion, 100g didn't last too long. The young buck was superbly punchy and went well with buttered sea salt crackers and the figs for a different zing.

Fantastic cheese as always!

Brilliant
Brilliant. But maybe a warning on cheeses or charcuterie if a penecillin mould is used. This can cause an allergic reaction ( and did!)

Risposta di Rennet and Rind
Dear Merlyn,
Thank you for your feedback and it's wonderful to hear you thought our service was brilliant.
I'm sorry to hear of the allergic reaction you've experienced. We do aim to provide as much information as possible regarding the cheeses we provide, including the starter cultures used. All our labels do comply with government allergen legislations.
Thanks again for your feedback and we look forward to serving you in the future.
Best wishes,
Perry
