Gus was very good with social distancing and PPE cover. He explained what he had checked. Kept me informed about his arrival. I missed the phone call but he turned around and came back to my house as soon as I called.

The work carried out was the annual service for our gas central heating boiler. The engineer arrived within the morning time window that I had requested, after calling me to say that he was on his way, and what Covid-19 precautions he would be taking for the duration of his visit - face covering, limited contact, social distancing etc., & these were followed by him all the time that he was with us. He clearly knew what he was doing, & explained carefully to me (at distance), why he was doing a particular check, & what he was looking for. He also explained the need to check the carbon monoxide alarm on a regular basis, & to adjust the radiator valves from time to time. Very friendly & courteous at all times. Absolutely satisfied with his visit.

I think renee plumbing have been serving my boiler for the last 5years gus the engineer tells me what he is doing and how to save on my bills by turning down the temperature the lady in the office is always very pleasant and gives me a convenient time for the service thank you
