Amazing service experience
Leased a Renault car in Europe through July 2017 and received absolutely outstanding service. There was a glitch with the car being available in Rome as booked, Renault solved this in an amazing way. This could have gone pear shaped in any number of ways yet the way the Renault team handled this situation gave me complete confidence in their ability to support me as their customer under any circumstances, it was incredibly impressive. They set up a top of the line BMW hire car (as per the Renault Talisman I had booked) and then when my Renault was ready they had the car driven off the production line in Paris to where I was in the back blocks of Tuscany and it was delivered to my door. Their driver took the hire car and dropped it off for me.
I saw live how well the team responded with communications and their focus was totally on making sure I as their valued customer was not impacted further than the initial glitch.
I have booked numerous lease cars previously through all French Companies yet I will only now book through Renault Eurodrive Australia because of their amazing support when I NEEDED IT during and post our holiday.
Paul Hodges and his local Australian based team particularly Pascale and also Karen were amazing in their support and they managed the French Renault team to ensure we had a fantastic holiday.

Never use this company
Never use this company! We paid close to $2500 for a 1 month car lease in Europe, picking up from 1 destination, returning to another. The entire situation was a debacle from beginning to end.
When we arrived to pick up the car from the airport there was no representative and no car. After hours of phone calls, Renault Eurodrive finally admitted that despite us paying in full months ago, they had no car for us. More frantic phone calls by us finally result in Eurodrive saying they have organised a car for 10 days for us from Europcar instead. After 10 days we are expected to drive back to Amsterdam and return the car, then Renault might, just might, have a lease car for us. When we pointed out we have leased and paid for a car for 31 days, not 10, and we are driving to Italy and not returning to the Netherlands, we are told we need to pay Europcar a further $1500 to return their hire car anywhere other than Amsterdam. We refuse and after 5 hours of phone calls and arguments we finally leave the airport with a hire car from Europcar instead - being forced to agree to personally return the hire car to a Europcar office in 10 days and replace it with a Renault Eurodrive leased car (which is what we have paid for in the first place.) If we had not agreed to this we would have had no car at all.
Over the next ten days numerous phone calls are made trying to sort out a suitable agreement. This takes hours and hours of my time, phone calls are mostly not returned by Renault Eurodrive. Finally we receive an extension of another 10 days, We are told we still must return the car to a Eurodrive office and replace it with a leased car unless other arrangements can be made. They promise to get back to us. Again, no phone calls are forthcoming. We make more phone calls, occasionally we strike someone helpful. More often than not people promise to look into our situation but do not return our calls. Finally an agreement is reached. We will keep the hire car and return it to Rome airport as originally agreed. We do so and believe that finally this irritation is behind us.
But no! Now I am informed that the hire car is lost (!) and Europcar are trying to hold us responsible.

I telephone the company and they answered all my questions promptly and with extreme knowledge.
