Je cherchais un logement pour ma fille qui étudiera en Espagne à Madrid. C'est une mission assez difficile lorsque l'on vient de l'île de La Réunion. J'ai pris contact avec REMOTERS qui a mandaté Coraly pour nous aider dans cette recherche. Elle nous a renseigné de façon très efficace. Ma fille est vraiment satisfaite de son logement. REPLY: Oh wow and there are your true colours for everyone to see. If only you spent more time attending to customers (reading your many other GENUINE reviews I am clearly not alone in being treated this way and ignored) instead of going through people's review histories maybe you'd actually get some business actioned! Just an idea. Yes, absolutely I am not hiding anything! - there are many disgraceful businesses and services about, like yours, sadly. I am fiercely passionate about standing up for consumers' rights and if you read my previous reviews you would know that. And now disclosing personal details about customers' enquiries really shows how unprofessional you are and that customers cannot trust you with their data. I will also mention that to the French authorities today (I hear they are the strictest in the EU when it comes to data protection matters). Here is the true history: Weirdly I received 4 emails from you saying a certain person (copied in) would be contacting me and yet nothing. I had to chase twice as it was urgent and I eventually heard from him (details of that are below!) I confirmed I would not be proceeding. Then in the space of just a few days I have been harassed with spam email from you despite asking you to stop contacting me. You are an utter disgrace.

Reached out with an enquiry into their services and received numerous emails saying a certain person would be in touch - they were even copied in! - and yet nothing. When the lazy swine did eventually reply after multiple follow-up emails, there was no apology for the tardiness and just a poor, lazy attitude saying their fees start from... No motivation and so I can only imagine they would swipe the fee and then go quiet again. Worst still, they are constantly spamming with feedback requests etc and ignoring formal data requests to stop. So they will now be reported to the relevant competent authorities. It's such a shame Trustpilot is allowing companies to post disingenuous positive reviews - I urge anyone considering using this firm to look at them carefully!

J'ai pu trouver l'appartement idéal répondant à tous mes critères (positionnement, salle de gym, loyer) dans un marché très tendu à Eindhoven grâce à Anne-Cécile. Elle a été super efficace, toujours disponible et réactive pour répondre à mes interrogations. Anne-Cécile est une personne très accessible, agréable et aidante et qui sait rassurer jusqu'à ce que vous obteniez votre logement. Je ne regrette absolument pas mon investissement. Avoir recours à ses services vous fera gagner du temps, de l'énergie et vous apportera un confort psychologique.

Really good experience. Everything was clear, straightforward and smooth in the process. Anne-Cécile helped me a lot in understanding the real estate market of Eindhoven and the apartment search process in NL. J'ai fait appel à Remoters pour trouver un studio étudiant à Dublin pour la rentrée, et je recommande à 100%. Karine s'est occupée de ma recherche de A à Z : elle connaît très bien le marché local, elle a trouvé une résidence neuve avec des prestations incroyables (rooftop, salle de sport, sauna...) à 20 min du centre, et elle a même fait la visite pour nous.
Ce qui m'a le plus marqué, c'est l'accompagnement : elle m'a guidé pas à pas dans toute la procédure de candidature (documents, garants, formulaires...), elle a préparé les mails à envoyer à la résidence, et elle a appuyé mon dossier directement auprès de la property manager. Résultat : candidature acceptée en quelques jours, sans accroc !
Toujours réactive et disponible sur WhatsApp, de bon conseil, et transparente sur les prix. Trouver un logement à Dublin depuis la France c'est vraiment galère, et là tout a été simple. Merci Karine ! ☘️

Moving to Bologna from Australia, with very little Italian is quite a challenge. We found an apartment for rent online, but I very much doubt that we would have secured the lease, and I'm certain it would not have been registered in time for our visa application interview, without Eric's help. Navigating the Italian bureaucracy is not for the faint hearted!

I wish I could give more stars because I expected to have a good experience like everyone else seemed to have in the reviews. That is actually why I contacted them in the first place, as the renting market in Sweden is notoriously difficult, especially as we are relocating from abroad. Unfortunately, the lack of response has been really disappointing.
We were initially matched by the system with a representative in Gothenburg who took the time to do a first call. Ultimately, he couldn’t take our case because his workload was full and our situation is a bit complex, which we completely understand and respect. We have absolutely nothing against him personally, as he was great. It is strictly the experience with the platform itself and their unresponsive email address that I am addressing in this review.
Right after that, I emailed Remoters to ask if we could potentially be matched with another person to discuss our case. That email was sent on June 19th, 6 days ago now, and I have received absolutely no reply from the platform.
We are currently in a very stressful situation trying to find housing in Gothenburg from abroad. While we haven't paid for a service yet, I truly wish we could have tried it. Leaving an inquiry hanging with zero communication is a little bit disappointing. Even a simple "no one else is available right now" would have been greatly appreciated and understood.

La recherche d'appartement à Bruxelles est compliqué dans une ville où le marcher de la location est trés tendu.

She worked swiftly, promptly explained the situation with the rental market, told me about realistic expectations, and helped me with my specific needs.

We were communicating almost daily with no delays from her side. She sent me offers, attended my viewings (video call + video), related my questions to the landlord, and was able to reach a market that I didn't have access to.

In the end, she found a place that exceeded what I imagined possible, helped me settle, and gave me a lot of support in my move.
