Fraudulent $9.99/week charges with no way to cancel subscription. The Zendesk "help" pages are a catch-22 of useless gibberish.

I've checked every possible channel (Apple, Google, Email, etc) and have NO ACTIVE SUBSCRIPTION yet have been charged $9.99/week for MONTHS.

Had to cancel my debit card to stop the transactions.

Fraud! Do not use this app! I wanted to pay the yearly subscription that showed it was $80 for the year. Once I hit purchase I saw a charge for $126 get declined from my card. Weird enough I was still able to use the pro features. I checked my account the next morning thinking that maybe they took the $80 instead of the 126 and it was a mistake. Long behold, my fiancé calls me asking me what bill was 126 because somehow they took from his account. I don’t even know how this is possible when his card is not linked to my Apple account! BEWARE!! BEWARE! I’m going to look into this further because that’s scary if they can get other cards that’s not on your account!

App works but I believe they are thieves. I used this app occasionally to upscale photos. One day I find that they have been charging me $10 per week for about 4 months. I never saw a bill or signed up for anything. Apple refused to refund because I had continued to use the product. I thought they had just stopped doing advertisements but really I was subscribed. If there is a class action suit sign me up.

Would have given zero stars if I could. Complete con signed up for free trial and cancelled immediately so I wouldn't be charged. They have been taking £14.99 a week since the date the trail was meant to end I have had to take all my cards off Apple Pay until I can get this resolved DO NOT TOUCH THIS APP!!!!!

I signed up the last week of July and cancelled the day before my trial ended on august 1. Since then they have charged me over $40 in less than a month! 9.99 every week and they don’t even have that listed as a plan. Customer service is also very slow! I had to get a new debit card which was very inconvenient.

The app is mostly for fun to enhance photographs. Shown as Free app to install for enhancing photos, without showing any charges. Most people will not go beyond seeing the app if they find they automatically start charging ridiculously $5.99 per week. I used it once and never used it again.
Found out Remini had been charging for weeks. The charges on the Credit Card showed "Apple" and was mistaken as valid Apple charges. Once realized that it was Remini, canceled it from iPhone Settings. There was another charge after canceling which Apple refunded. Then tracing back saw there were 7 other weekly charges of $5.99, which Apple declined to refund. App owners should be charging if the user gives consent and is used by the users. Not by clandestine fraudulent method.

So lately i have been getting charged for this service and i did not even sign up for it. I found this page and other people have been having the same thing as me.
So, Most likely than not, this page has been finding people's credit card info. So Watchout!

I wouldn't even give a star, I would give a zero if u could. I ordered two wireless trailer light kits, after two months of wondering if the lights would ever arrive I had to contact this company at least three four times to get something shipped finally they shipped something it was from a different person I got four trailer lights that need to be wired they were not wireless kits like I had ordered no controller no nothing just for cheap lights and need to be wired in I have dealt with this company now over 2 months trying to get my refund or correct package sent PayPal also has not done anything good at all they have cited with this this ripoff Chinese company it is a disgrace pure fraud that PayPal this still does not do anything I would stay clear of this company completely they are a disgrace and a fraud

Scammers! Using something called ‘dark patterns’ to hoodwink people into hidden high costs. They were taking £9.99 out a week without my knowledge, no evidence of it in my app subscriptions etc. I paid a genuine 99p to use the app for a period of time and then cancelled the subscription as I always do. It’s took me : months to notice the money coming out of my credit card. My bank have felt with it. Shame on them!!

Pure Scam

They will falsely advertise free image conversion and ask for all your details. Then after the photo is converted, it will NOT show you the end result without paying. This scammer must be investigated and shut down. No one can pay the fees without seeing the result. DO NOT give them a dime. There is no way to remove your private information unless you sign up.

Die schlechteste Bild KI die ich je gesehen habe mit einem doppelten und sogar versteckten Abo. 99 Ct und dann 9,99€. Super kompliziert zu kündigen und hat erst nach der zweiten Abbuchung geklappt zu kündigen. Nach endlosem geklickte über eine undurchsichtige Website!!! Somit 20,99€ für NICHTS bezahlt. Nicht mal den einen Stern wert!!!
