Hi team, hope you’re doing well.

I recently purchased the Relx Infinity 2. Unfortunately sorry to say but I am not satisfied with the product, I have no idea why it keeps on vibrating continuously every second and I am not able to vape. I tried charging it, the battery shows full and even the pod is placed correctly still it is not working. Other than that, I used the strawberry burst flavour which was amazing but the pineapple and watermelon ice are sooo baddd it has affected my health a lot and I have started getting breathing issues because of that. As much as I would like to get it repaired, I don’t really have the patience to get it all done, I bought it to improve my vaping experience but it has resulted otherwise. I would like to return it and the flavours as well, there is one pod each for both pineapple and watermelon flavour which is untouched. If it’s possible to get a refund for these products, I would be really grateful you can take it back.

Please do let me know if any kind of refund is possible or else I might as well give it away to someone but I think that would be a loss.

Overall, it feels good. In some cases, there will be a little oil leakage. It's good to buy five and get one free. The payment method is only credit cards, not debit cards. This is not good.

Every time there is one or two pods that do not work. When I contacted the customer service I have to take tonnes of videos to prove that the product is faulty. Very poor customer experience and unhelpful customer care service. Will NOT recommend this brand to anyone around me.

Ordered from them directly a number of times and every time the dispatch from their store is delayed by 2-3 days.
The website says if you order before 3pm it’s dispatched same day. Certainly not the case, they still dispatched 3 working days later.
Pathetic dispatch team.

New products are at the rock bottom. Bought couple of new lo-key vapes, and they all ran out the battery before the liquid.
their support team said it is a feature to have about 15% percent left when the battery goes flat to avoid burnt taste. and i think it's a marketing strategy hiding a failure, saves a lot on manufacturing cost and makes you buy more.
it's a bloody disposable vape which you can't recharge nor refill, you buy a few and what each gonna have 10-15% liquid left? that like another vape wasted.
flavours are okay, but it's not worthy as there are better alternatives in the same price range. at least Vuse

Got a promotional email saying if I spent over £80 l get a free device, so my husband and I spent over £200 and still waiting! Why
advertise if you don't keep your promises.

I ordered 8 packs of pods pros, but 3 pods are leaking bad.

Do not trust this website. It’s a scam. I purchased kits and pods that worth £80 last Monday. It says 48 hrs delivery but it’s been a week, they are not even dispatch it yet. Anyone sees my comment. Please be careful when you make online purchases.

Excellent experience from start to finish

You’re selling a device that doesn’t have a pod that able to use the 3 power level. too hard to inhale.

Recently switched to relx full time and really love the smooth flavours it provides.
