We hired this interior refurbishment company for a full renovation, and the results were excellent. The team was professional, reliable, and communicated clearly throughout the project.
The workmanship was top quality, everything was completed on time, and the final finish exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend.

I used Relm Interiors Ltd for works in a few properties I manage. In one property they repaired the roof, installed a new bathroom complete with tiling and decorating. I used their electrician who was very knowledgeable. I had a high garden fence with a gate replaced in another property and a garage repair. I used them many times to redecorate in other two rented properties. The works were well done. I had no problem with their builders
Great company. They renovated my entire house. I'm very happy and recommend them.

I felt very let down by RELM's attempt at a basement installation. Their workmanship and customer service levels were poor. I had to hire a new contractor to come in to do remedial works, repairs and finish the basement project to a good standard.
RELM were hired to undertake a large house renovation project.
Many issues surfaced over the first 6 months (e.g. basement), leading to a lack of trust in RELM - accentuated by the non-existent customer service, where everything was the client's fault.
Prior to parting ways with RELM, some employees had to be physically moved off-site by the police (police report noted).
The new company hired have inevitably had to re-do several items (e.g. flat roof), due to poor workmanship by RELM.
RELM do not own their mistakes/resolve concerns, are not professional and do not treat the client with respect.
Excellent company, highly recommended. They worked with me to design the job from start to finish, sourcing materials to suit my preferences, making suggestions where needed, and consulting me on any key decisions during the job. Nice builders, very considerate. They didn't mind working in central London (Covent Garden) which some other contractors wanted to avoid, just asked me to cover parking and congestion charge. Very fair rates quoted, more reasonable than the alternative quotes. The work was completed to a very high standard. I now have my dream bathroom and am a very happy customer!

Best work I have had done. Timeliness, preparation, tidiness, attention to detail when cutting, attention to detail when applying and final finish were all second to none. What more can I say but I thought fitting large format porcelain would be difficult but these guys made it look so easy and were so professional. Not once was I worried the tiles would break when being cut (which I know can happen ) because of the time and effort they took to cut them. They also cut outside on the street to not create dust if they had cut in the back garden. Couldn’t be more pleased.

I met with Rodi from RELM Interiors back in March of 2018 to get an estimate for a complete refurbishment of my two bed, two bathroom apartment in Mayfair. Rodi and his team transformed my apartment in six weeks. I was very impressed with the quality of their work and the final result. They were doing their job while I was abroad. We discussed all the details with Rodi over the phone and to my surprise the service was impeccable. My apartment looks amazing. Highly recommended for the quality of their work, their timing and their professionalism. Thank you.
Emma Rodi and his team were extremely reliable, professional and demonstrated a fantastic work ethic. The team were courteous at all times, able to confidentaly advise us on the best positioning of the lights we had fitted around our property and put a lot of thought into colour of the cabling used etc etc. I would have no hesitation to use RELM Interiors again for other jobs around our house and absolutely recommend them. It is so refreshing to find such a wonderful local tradesman.
