I tried a dress on in Anthology which was lovely but was £180! I then saw someone wearing it and decided to hunt it down. It was sold out online but I found it on Reliked for £40!
Postage was quick and the dress was exactly as described.
Very pleased and I'll definitely use Reliked again and have recommended it to my friends.

The website appears to be legit. However, customer service do not appear to understand/abide by consumer laws.
Parcel was delivered by Evri (…) 3rd May outside my house. It was gone by the time I got home. I contacted customer services with the photos from Evri and my issue. I had to chase them for a response. They returned to my email saying that Evri “confirmed delivery to your GPS location” and attached the very same photos that show it was left behind a plant pot. I didn’t want to have to, but I responded stating my consumer rights and that I expected a refund. Radio silence. As a result, I put a claim through PayPal. Rather than acknowledging the error and letting me have my money back quickly, they refused to respond to that either. Obviously, PayPal awarded in my favour.
Reliked, according to The Consumer Right Act 2015, the trader bares the risk for delivery until the consumer physically receives the goods. If goods are lost or not delivered, the seller is legally responsible. If the customer has not received the item, the retailer must either resend the item or issue a refund, regardless of whether the courier says it was delivered.
I can see the person who reviewed before me had this very same issue.
If you are ordering from Reliked, make sure you are using a credit card or service like PayPal to protect yourself.

Didn’t receive my order. Tracking showed it was delivered, but the photo clearly shows it was left outside. By the time I got home from work, it was gone. I’ve emailed several times and still haven’t heard back. Customer service is non-existent. I’m not happy at all.
Placed an order which i have chased up numerous times but have received no update, response, apology or refund. The customer service if you have a query is non existence, only option left now is to contact payment company to see if they can help recover my funds. I will never be using this company again due to this experience

Great prices - slow service
Have ordered from here multiple times, products are great and can get them for a great price with all the sales. However shipping is slow, there have been a few occasions where I've had to chase up my order as it's been a week with no shipping update.
If they could get the orders out faster they could get 5*

While I have found some truly amazing bargains I have also faced numerous issues with this CO in terms of quality check and customer service.
I bought a pricey skincare item under vague advertising. It was expired. I checked brand website to provide them
evidence as the colouring& texture had changed drastically. I got snail mail response, zero apology or goodwill gesture as a long loyal customer. CS Team were abysmal, rude & dismissive. Don't buy skincare, fragrance or cosmetics as most likely it's expired hence the generous discount offers. They should do a quality check before advertising their stock, given their inflexible return policy. Instagram CS is awful. Furthermore they continue to use EVRI despite their awful reputation & unnreliable service. Another incident- My whole order worth £150 was stolen by Evri while this Co told me to shop elsewhere as opposed to fully investigating the incident. Don't give yourself a headache shopping with them. They don't value customers or their money!

I would normally give excellent reviews for Re-liked but on this occasion I can't. One of my items was not as described. It was stated to have pockets but didn't. I wanted to return it but did not want to pay the return postage or the £2.00 re-stocking fee as this was not my fault. Re-liked offered me a credit for the purchase price only. I have not returned it. I do not think this was fair. I would say I was very pleased with the other items I bought.

OK, the item itself was fantastic, in great condition, it arrived well packed and quickly.
The only thing I was a little disappointed in was that there was no certificate or letter etc. certifying that the item was previously owne8d by 'X' celebrity.

Placed an order with this company. Paid for the item and then two days later I received an email saying they have cancelled my order.
The item was then relisted at a higher price

Mixed experience. The positive is that I was able to purchase a bag that was after for nearly a year at a reasonable (ish) price which is no longer available from the brand. However very poor response times from customer services especially as it was a high value order. I would use them again because they do have niche items but would use Klarna / Paypal as a payment method incase of issues. I do absolutely love my bag that I got.

I have tried several times to get someone to look into my orders but am getting no response. Have used this company a lot over the pass few months but don't think I'll be using them again. Why offer a contact us option when no one has ever got back to me. The customer service is dreadful

I buy clothes and beauty products from Reliked regularly. On the few occasions I have sent clothes back because they didn’t fit, they have been great.

I read these reviews after placing an order on Reliked and it's safe to say I was very nervous about my order after reading!
However I need not worry, the item arrived within a couple of days and was in better than I was expecting.
I guess people are quick to write about the bad experiences but not so much the good

l've been a customer of Reliked for over a year and have picked up some well priced bargains.
I ordered a number of Cle de Peau skincare items at an amazing discount, however when I started to use them something wasn't right. I use this brand all the time and the products seemed off both in texture and smell.
When I raised that the first product had gone off with Reliked they told me they had checked the batch codes and there was nothing wrong with the item and they didn't return cosmetics for hygiene reasons.
I subsequently checked the batch codes and the items ranged from 2yrs 2months to 4 yrs 2 months since production.
I do consider these products to be old and not fresh off the production line.
I think this is likely why the products were off or that since production they were not stored correctly which caused them to go off.
Either way checking the batch codes of the items you buy from Reliked is advisable so you are fully aware of the age of the item you are buying.
Altogether a disappointing experience and a waste of money. You are not getting a bargain if the product is not useable.
Of note is the reaction of reliked to my review, customer service (!) pestered me to re-word my trust pilot review through the Easter weekend - no desire to help me as an out of pocket customer who had a poor experience just the veiled threat of legal action if I didn’t adjust my wording.
Says it all. Suspect the business won’t go the distance with this approach to customers.
4th June - the response to my review misrepresents the engagement I had on this topic and is factually incorrect. What it does confirm is that if you have a problem you will not enjoy the experience of trying to get it resolved.
I made x15 orders which went well; but one didn’t and I was left with products I couldn’t use and out of pocket.
I find it outrageous that they suggest I could have been nicer to the person handling the query which was the person who owned the business not an assistant as they state. They were rude, argumentative and kept changing their position, I did well to remain calm and polite. To suggest they might have helped me otherwise is just more passive aggressive manipulation. Good riddance.

I have bought from this company many times and it’s 50/50 if you’re going to get a good condition item or not. I’ve received wonky glasses, smashed eye shadow pallets and all emails are ignored. I bought two jackets recently and they only sent one , noticed they have just refunded me and put the other up for sale for more money. Absolutely shoddy to do this with no email to let me know.
