Don't use these guys!
Damaged our furniture through not having suitable equipment. Truck damaged a garden wall. Would not let me talk to a manager to seek compensation. Overcharged me.
Totally unreliable and unprofessional.
They do not have a business address in Auckland.

WOW SPOKE TO THEM AND ASKED IF THEY'D COME DO A ON SITE QUOTE HE SAID THEY DON'T DO THAT, I SAID OKAY THAT'S FINE I WON'T GO THROUGH WITH THE QUOTE, BUT THANK YOU FOR YOUR TIME...HE WENT SILENT AND HUNG UP IMMEDIATELY! WHAT A RUDE PERSON ,SO HAPPY I DIDN'T GET THEM TO MOVE MY STUFF.... ESPECIALLY AFTER SEEING THE HORRIBLE REVIEWS!!

I should have read the reviews.. They are all accurate.
They don't have call out fee so they charge depot to depot not when job finishes like others.
Then they ask for money BEFORE they finished.
They also add on separate charges for each appliance on top of the hourly rate.
Use them at your peril.

Worst movers ever!!!!! Only moved half my unit after already being paid upfront for the job!!!! What stuff they did move they damaged, what is the point of a quote if your going to add and make up bullshit extra charges later???! Quote to deliver the rest of my things, things they had already been paid to deliver!!! $100 call out fee but charge depot to depot? Would recommend any other movers over these clowns!!! USELESS!!!

Beware❗️❗️❗️❗️ They extort you for money after they load your stuff in the truck. They quoted me $600 for a 1 bedroom apartment to move 30 miles. The office called me after it was loaded and stated I owed them an additional $2900 CaSH immediately or they were taking my stuff and putting it in storage and charging me $250 a day until I paid them in cash. An absolute nightmare. They also broke my mirror and other dishes that were packed. STAY AWaY

My bill was almost 10X what the sales representative estimate was! Beware of multiple hidden charges not disclosed in moving quote. When confronted, they basically held my items for ransom until I paid in cash.
Do yourself a favor and find a different moving company!!!

If I could give this company a 0 I would. Avoid them at all costs. SO many items were damaged and they offered an insulting amount to settle the claim.

Based on the phone conversation I expected 1 truck, 3 guys and $1500 max. They came with two trucks, 5 guys, did a horrible job wrapping the few large things which I could not do AND then refused to take my belongings off the truck until I paid $4200+tax. It was a complete nightmare.

Many hidden fees.
At first they only told me the fee for truck and 2 movers, no hidden fee. But all the fees I was charged were the truck, 2 movers, one driver, 2 hours at least for each person upto ($165/hour), insurance, travel kilometres, bubble wrap is crazy (one wall mirror cost $42), after all is tax. More 4% if you pay by credit.
Move door to door but my house have 5 steps, they would cost me $125/person. Be careful if you want to book their services. I think my review won't last long anyway.

Con artist. I ordered a care package for my husband who is incarcerated on a minor charge 8 months ago. My husband never received the package. Two months ago my credit card started getting hit with small charges of $50.00 or less randomly from Reliable Movers. I made several phones calls only to find out the owner Robert Rarhle is a major con artist.

Warning!! Absolute scammer! Do not use these guys!! Robert Rahrle, the owner is a criminal and con artist.

Additionally, he has two fraudulent websites: inmatecarepackage.net and the other is
sendapackage.com. Both sites claim to send care packages to inmates. He takes all your banking info but never sends the products. Check BBB for his umbrella company called Motivated Holdings, inc. All a scam!!!
It’s a pity he was released from incarceration in 2013.

I called to have a 1000lb gun safe moved from my garage to my bedroom. They sent 3 guys with a furniture hand cart. I asked, "When is the big safe moving machine arriving?" They answered, "That's us." Well they needed my help. They couldn't get it up the front porch steps because of the weight, broke my tiles inside the house because of the weight, and the claims guy told me that the insurance claim would take 30 days to be approved. I offered to call a tile guy and have him just fix the tile. I had the tile and grout already. I just needed someone for an hour. They gave me the run around. They actually dented my front door, broke tiles and stained my carpet in the bedroom because they failed to put down a mat. I only asked for a tile guy for 1 hour. I won't be calling them again. I can live with minor mistakes, but this was a company that was not prepared and wouldn't take responsibility for the damages.

The price for the move was very reasonable. The gentleman who physically did the move were great except one incident where a TV was scratched on the move from one apartment to another. The individual movers immediately told their manager and is being taken care of. Overall, the move was timely and smooth.
