Mistet bonus ved teknisk fejl
Jeg var i gang med en velkomstbonus og havde næsten omsat det hele, da siden gik ned. Da jeg kom ind igen, var bonussen væk og omsætningsprocenten nulstillet. Supporten sagde bare at de ikke kunne genskabe den. Flere dages spil føltes spildt.

Skjult max gevinst på bonus
Først efter jeg havde spillet længe med bonuspengene, opdagede jeg at der var et loft på hvor meget jeg kunne vinde med dem. Det stod i vilkårene, ja, men ikke tydeligt på selve bonussiden. Det efterlod en sur smag.

Lidt upålidelig følelse med RNG
Jeg er nok bare mistroisk, men efter flere sessions hvor mønsteret føltes meget unaturligt (lange serier uden gevinster, så pludselig lidt, så igen langt hul) begyndte jeg at tvivle. De skriver at det er certificeret, men de kunne godt forklare det bedre.

Honestly the game count was the letdown. The ads made it look massive, loads of providers. After signup half of them weren't there, and a couple of the ones I did find crashed on an old iPad. Asked support if more were coming and got a vague 'we add games regularly'. Withdrew what little I had left and moved on, wasn't worth the bother.

Couldn't find a word about who actually runs the site. No license number in the footer, no audit or testing info, nothing in the about page. For a place I'd put £35 into that bothered me more the longer I looked. The games worked and the deposit went through fine, but I withdrew what I had and closed the account. Not worth the uncertainty.
