Despite leaving this matter as it was and moving on , this company continues to engage with me with text messages and has left me with another wonderful exsperience to review.
Today I had to block the company from yet again sending automated reminders requesting more medical evidence nearly 3 months after parting ways. Do it again and its harrassnment as far as Im concerned . Do you think that this is acceptable in terms of data protection? Once our relationship ends you loose the privilege of asking for personal information Im pretty sure? Should that process really be automated ?. yet again its amateur hour at Releaf. i can tell that your method of providing an efficient service as you see is to just to automate everything you can . its not clever and only looks unprofessional when it ends up messing with your customers because you cant be bothered to reply yourselves to any questions .
Just a thought. ive been reporting every single one as the junk it is, to my phone provider before blocking you btw lol. i think you are an absolute joke
Out of all the other companies ive looked at . one thing i noticed in particular was your complete inability to deal with slightly complex cases, Your staff very clearly arn't trained enough is what i think imo. I think you are pretenders and shouldn't be anywhere near peoples mental health.
By the way im not stupid , you know exactly who Iam and what i'm talking about ,It was less than a month ago that i last provided my details to you. you are requesting details as an attempt to get my review taken down not because you actually need them.
