I never got any replies on my inquiries when my parcel arrives and the delivery has never happened. I did have to go legal steps with my credit card company to get my money back!

Ho il codice di tracciamento ma del pacco non si sa nulla
I have had troubles with PostNL because the gave me the track code but in the reality the package didn't seem to exist. I talked to Relace’s assistance and I found very politeness and help. Finally the package has arrived, Mr. Westerlinck of the assistance guided me in every step the package had taken and I’m very satisfied of my pair of adidas shoes. Maybe I suggest Relace to change the transport company because it seems that it’s Relace fault when I think problems come from the delivery agency. Thank you for all,

Super cool shoes at a decent price. Delivery took almost two weeks which got me worried at first, the owner of the company responded to my emails very friendly and polite. Good company and will use again. Very happy with my sneakers!
