Awesome product. 11 days in and 6 lbs down. No change to diet or exercise. My internal signals were always that I was hungry until over full. Now I can have a small to normal sized portion of a meal and be satisfied. Appetite feels completely normal. Taking BPC for joints and although they told me it would likely take 14 days for it to work it’s already starting to work so now the exercise portion can begin!
